Nestled in the lush hillsides of Puerto Vallarta, only a few blocks from downtown. This enchanting property features breathtaking views of The Bay of Banderas and the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains. Guests can enjoy privacy with 3 individual units, each with a King bed, full bath and kitchenettes. Perfect for a group getaway where guests can retreat to their private quarters or gather at the pool, palapa bar or rooftop. An additional bedroom & bathroom adjacent to the pool area adds extra space or provides a bathroom and beverage fridge to the pool and palapa bar. Each unit / bedroom has its own private-attached full bath. The rooftop terrace provides a gathering place for morning yoga, breakfast, coffee and then again for happy hour, watch the sunset and grilling an amazing dinner. The kitchen is fully outfitted to prepare meals for entire groups.
Expect gentle ocean/mountain breezes, chirping birds, and an authentic Mexican neighborhood feel all within a short walk of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Stroll the world-famous ocean side Malecon, the trendy Romantic Zone and the beautiful Rio Cuale area all nearby. World class dining, shopping and entertainment are all at your fingertips.
Being situated on the hillside allows for privacy, gardens and some of the BEST views in all of Puerto Vallarta and no traffic noise. However, getting to the property requires walking up Arroyo del Pedregoso and several stairs to reach the first level so this property may not be suitable for young children and people with mobility or health issues. We are one of the few properties with private parking and/or a taxi turnaround.
Units can also be rented individually on different platforms. In that case, the rooftop is not included.
