Dieses traditionelle spanische Haus bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause und ist fantastisch für unterhaltsame Gäste, da es Platz für 4 bis 10 Personen bietet. Das exquisit eingerichtete und geräumige Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock verfügt über ein komplettes Badezimmer und ist alles, was Sie sich wünschen können. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören Klimaanlage, Mini-Kühlschrank, Geldschrank, Safe für die Sicherheit Ihrer persönlichen Sachen, ein großer 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit 80 Kanälen sowie HBO, CMAX 40 Musikkanäle, DVD, CD, MP3-Player, Haartrockner , Wecker, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Das The Angels Room befindet sich auf der 2. Etage und ist sehr geräumig. Es verfügt entweder über 4 Einzelbetten, 2 Kingsize-Betten oder 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Kingsize-Bett mit einem kompletten Badezimmer. Groß für die Kinder oder einzelne Erwachsene!
Das Green Room und das Native Room befinden sich auf der 3. Etage Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Puerto Vallarta (Banderas Bay), beide haben Kingsize-Betten und jedes Zimmer hat ein komplettes Badezimmer.

Das Familienzimmer neben den Schlafzimmern ist sehr groß und gemütlich und ist mit zwei Sofas, einem Stuhl und drei Couchtischen, einem Fernseher, Videorekorder, DVD-, CD- und MP3-Player ausgestattet. Es hat eine Bibliothek mit Büchern in Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Es hat einige Filme, CD Musik und Familienspiele. Der Schreibtisch ist mit einem Mac-Mini-Computer (WiFi-Internetzugang) 23-Zoll-Monitor und einem Schwarz-Weiß-Drucker ausgestattet.

Die 400 m² große Terrasse überblickt die Bucht von Puerto Vallarta (Banderas Bay), die beeindruckende Stadt und die malerischen Berge. Es hat eine herrliche Aussicht, es ist ein großartiger Ort, um eine Margarita bei Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Jeden Abend um 21.00 Uhr umkreist ein sehr großes Piratenschiff die Bucht und zeigt ein spektakuläres Feuerwerk.

Ein Muss auf der Terrasse, um Ihr Lieblingsgetränk, Snacks oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Erholen zu genießen.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Entertainment-Center und Restaurants für 8 +. Die einladenden Sofas und 52-Zoll-Flachbild-TV machen dieses Zimmer zu einem entspannenden Erlebnis. Dieses Mehrzweckzimmer öffnet sich zum Garten Patio, der sehr üppig, grün und tropisch ist. Ein großer Gartentisch und Stühle erwarten Sie im Zentrum gegenüber einem dramatischen Tauchbecken. Ein perfekter Ort zum Einweichen Ihres Körpers bei einem kühlen Getränk. Extravagant, versteckt und sehr romantisch.

Die Küche ist sehr traditionell und geräumig. Beeindruckend ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, 4-Flammen-Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Julienne, Chafing Dishes, Wasserspender, Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck für 12 +, grundlegende Gewürze und vieles mehr.

Neben der Küche befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschmittel für alle Ihre grundlegenden Waschbedürfnisse.

Ein 1/2 Badezimmer befindet sich in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers für Gäste.

Die Garage hat eine Fernbedienung (erhältlich bei der Verwaltungsgesellschaft) und ist groß genug, um 2 kleine Fahrzeuge unterzubringen. Ein seltenes Privileg, denn Parken ist in dieser belebten kleinen Straße kaum möglich!

Maid-Service ist jeden Tag gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, aber ist einmal während einer Woche Aufenthalt enthalten. Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft ist sehr kenntnisreich über das Haus und ihre tadellosen Dienstleistungen sind bereit, Ihnen bei allen Fragen zu helfen, die Sie haben können.

Perfect location!

We were a group of 7, and had perfect accommodations at Casa Romance Escondido! The house is close to the action in old Puerto Vallarta. Guy and Fidel were very kind. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Amazing spot - great location

The pictures don't do it justice. Everything in the house is great. The rooms are spacious with amazing views on the top floor. The host and the house manager were extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and more. Location is central and we couldn't have asked for a better spot

Stayed with friends for my 30th birthday week and we all loved it! Were really left alone to do our own thing which was nice. The hot pool was a bit of a let down but beyond that, the place was great and every amenity is provided.

Best vacation in years - loved the house, the location, and the service!!

From the beginning I knew it was going to be a great trip, because Guy made sure we had information to plan the trip in advance. He called to check on us several times and his staff was great, too. The house is beautiful, charming and the dipping pool is wonderful to come home to after a day at the beach or before going out in the evening! You can walk to so many fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops and sites that a week wasn't long enough! I can't wait to go back.

Trip of a Lifetime

This property could not have been more perfect for our group. Rooms are very spacious and private. Gathering spaces were comfortable and relaxing. Location was incredible and everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this property for an authentic PV experience. Melissa's, the restaurant next door, was wonderful. They even prepared us a feast with the fish some of our group caught. We all said it was the best meal we've ever had. Fidel was very helpful and easy to communicate with. A++++

Great location, Perfect amenities

My spouse and I were down visiting with two other couples and Casa Romance Escondido was perfect for our needs. It was located in old town, but close to the romance district, which made all the best parts of Puerto Vallarta walkable. House was just what we needed, and could have accommodated more at least another couple. Everything was clean and Guy and Patricia are great hosts, calling several times to check in and make sure everything was as we needed it. I would not hesitate to go back!

Great Location for a Family Holiday!

Our family of seven found this house perfect for being together yet having private space! The house is huge, and tastefully furnished and fully equipped both indoors and outdoors. Its location, less than 3 blocks from The Malecon, and surrounded by top notch restaurants and galleries couldn't have been more convenient. Guy and his local staff were very attentive, and we were greeted with complimentary margaritas, tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa from the very friendly restaurateur from nearby Melissa's! Those turned out to be the best margaritas we had in PV. We would recommend this house highly, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Idyllic

Perfect location. Not too far up the hill but far enough / up a dead end street that relatively quiet and close walking distance to the majority of the art galleries, lots of yummy restaurants, and the malecon. Functional A/C in all bedrooms was a must. Comfy beds, beautiful space, the “cool tub” was also essential. The photos don’t do this place justice. Our group was thrilled with the house and would all stay here again. Merci Guy!

Location, Location, Location

The best part of staying in the beautiful Casa Romance Escondido was being in the heart of it all. Two blocks from the center of the Malecon (boardwalk), steps away from Café Des Artistes (rated one of the best restaurants in Mexico), in the middle of participating art galleries for the Art Walk (Wednesday evenings) and right down the hill from the Mirador Cerro De La Cruz lookout where you can enjoy wonderful views - the climb is worth it! The owner (Guy), Fidel and the housekeeper were all very kind and concerned that all our needs were met. Thank you!

Beautiful house and fantastic location near the Malecon

Casa romance completely exceeded our expectations and was essential is making our to as memorable as it was. Many of our evenings were spent on the rooftop terrace watching the sunsets, and the location was ideal, just two blocks from the Malecon and about a twenty minute walk south to Playa los Muertos. The folks at Melissa's restaurant next door were very kind and obliging in bringing over snacks and margaritas. A tremendous thank you to Guy and Patricia for letting us stay at their beautiful casa, we hope to come back soon! -Indro Ghosh

Amazing home & location.

This house was everything we dreamed of and the entire experience was so wonderful. Great communication from the host and Fedel. Melissa’s next door was fantastic. We also checked out their Cuban restaurant nearby. It was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the maid showed up before checkout at 9am while most of our group was still showering and packing. I know it’s high season so I understand that. Would love to spend another vacation in this home and highly recommend!

Just Beautiful!

We love Old Town PV! We’ve visited many times, but his was our first stay in the heart of Old Town and needed a big place for our sons, their brides, and two grandkids. Check-in was impossibly easy. First rate with Fidel (property manager) giving us a full tour and making himself available during our stay for some maintenance issues which he resolved. Communication with Fidel was easy, but you’ll need the WhatsApp app to reach him. We needed a high chair and pack/n-play forThe baby. Guy ensured both were on sight when we arrived, clean and new. The location is outstanding for its central location, but quite noisy, especially weekend evenings/nights. The main one-way road in town going north is just a hundred feet away. That makes bus and uber travel really convenient, but it also attracts loud late night cars and motorcycles racing and revving their engines. Also, on our first Saturday night, a local, rooftop outdoor club played techno music until 2am so loud that on the third floor we were awakened even with earplugs. It was only one night, so not bad. We asked Yadira to prepare one breakfast and one dinner during our stay. Both were outstanding meals. Yadira is a sweet lady. We were so blessed to have her spend time with our family. The home is wonderful! The decor, layout, and many beds/baths made for a comfortable stay. We visited in March so we were able to leave the many beautiful glass and iron doors open nearly 24 hours a day.We will be back! Thanks, Guy!

Great location

The location of this property is outstanding when you want to be in old Puerto Vallarta. Fidel is fantastic to work with. However, the property is old, the furniture in the living room is old and probably should be replaced; it was very uncomfortable to sit in this room for any length of time. The house comes with everything you need to cook. Rooms are air conditioned and each room has TV with many channels. The balcony rooms have a lovely deck that faces the ocean. The washer and dryer are new and very nice!

WONDERFUL!

We had the pleasure to stay in this fabulous home for one week. There was ten of us and the house was so spacious we were very comfortable. The rooms were decorated so beautifully, the little things that were supplied were so appreciated. Bus and taxi service was almost at front door. We were a very short distance from the shoreline and enjoyed the walks through town.Very good restaurants close by, but a wonderful kitchen to cook in was used often. The pool was large enough to fit us all in and we had a great time relaxing, enjoying everyone's company. Hopefully the next time we travel to mexico we will have everything again that Guy's house offers!

Perfect House In The Perfect Neighborhood

Casa Romantica is just as pictured - beautiful! We went with our two grown kids and their partners, and the versatility of the space worked out so well. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and the first-floor common space was especially great. We also enjoyed sunsets on the deck. The host Guy De Mangeon, contacted us several times to see if we needed anything. His recommendations for restaurants and other specific requests were right on target. He is most helpful. Fidel, the house manager, also helped with questions or requests for tourist excursions. We love visiting Mexico, and when back to Puerto Vallarta, this is the place we will stay.

A Terrific Home in El Centro

Our family loved our week-long stay at Casa Romance Escondido between Christmas and New Year's. We were welcomed by a beautifully-decorated Christmas tree! The home is attractive and in excellent condition and there are multiple spaces, both inside and out, for gathering or for quiet reading. We particularly loved the ground level pool and the upstairs patio, overlooking the city and with great views of the Pacific. Yadira and her daughter Sol prepared delicious breakfasts for us on three mornings. Every day we walked along the malecon, which is located just a couple of blocks from the house, and enjoyed mingling with the local families. We explored many restaurants, all within walking distance. We particularly appreciate all of the emails, text messages and phone calls from Guy in advance of, and during, our stay. Thanks very much, Guy!

Amazing home! Best vacation EVER!!

Guy was a pleasure to communicate with (both email and on the phone, responded quickly) regarding everything about home as well as suggestions about places to eat and visit. Fidel was (contact person) was very personable and attentive. The maid was very sweet and does a wonderful job. We felt safe and so comfortable in the home. The location to the malicon was perfect for what we all wanted to do (walk, shop, eat, taxi service, tours, pirate ship, beach time). If you go to Mismaloya beach, "highly recommend" to take bug spray. Pictures do not do this home justice, it is more beautiful in person. The rooms are fantastic and our own bathrooms was a huge bonus. The weather was perfect. Just wish we were still there. Can not say enough good things about our trip. Thank you Guy and Patricia for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Awesome place !!

Location is fantastic !! SAFE !! Beautiful home , restaurants next door , grocery 2 blocks away , privacy , CULTURE !! Very clean .. My husband & 3 young adults 23-25 yrs old stayed here . If you want to immerse yourself in culture, FOOD , shopping, this is perfect. We walked 2-5 miles a day along boardwalk. The ocean 2 blocks , beaches 4 blocks. We walked day & nights, never a worry. Loved area. At end of day , we sat in tub/ pool everyday !! We often drank coffee in the pool/ hot tub in morning. ( coffee shop at end of street) Guy called to check on Us .Fidel , house manager VERY helpful. Next door Melissa’s seafood was excellent for dinner & drinks .. I would definitely come back. If you book i HIGHLY suggest comfy walking shoes as all streets are cobble stone. Weather in Jan was 80 & sunny every day .. We plan on spending. A month in this same area next year. We were so impressed with the walk ability, safe , weather and inexpensive. Walk board Walk both ways .. south to Malecón a must see at night.. so lively !!!! FUN. That’s my review.

Spectacular rental

Everything was great about this experience- communication prior to arrival, property manager at arrival to walk us through house and the beautiful property. We were three families, one baby. Guy and Fidel made sure we had not only a high chair but also a pack and play for 19 month old to sleep in bedroom . The location is perfect- short 2 blocks to ocean and to our surprise around the corner from our favorite restaurant, Pipis. Went to Old Town and beach there daily, fun walk on Malecon and seeing all the restaurants and shops. The place was clean, and had maid service in once. Kitchen fully equipped, including even a griddle and waffle iron. We loved this place and will be back!

House is beautiful & location is great ! Walking distance to Malecón, shops, & restaurants!

Smooth check in process. We had Fidel waiting for us at the house with any questions we had & offered plenty of suggestions. We truly had everything we needed at the house! Great location & the house is beautiful. We would stay here again .

I 'am French, my fiance Patricia is Colombian, both of us live actually in Santa Barbara, CA. the Sister City of Puerto Vallarta. We became members of this organization after buying the house. We have a dual membership. We also belong to the Rotary club of Puerto Vallarta Sur, those non profit organizations are very involved in charitable deeds. We are doing as much of it, as we can, when we are there.
