The villa is in a semi rural area, on the way to the beautiful Balangan Beach ( 200 meters walking distance). The villa is within 5 to 20 minutes of some of the best surfing beaches in the world such as Dreamland Beach, Bingin Beach and Padang Padang Beach.

The neighborhood has a few restaurants within walking distance and small supermarket. Featuring a private pool, the villa has a seating area, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, a personal safe, a flat-screen TV. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom. Villa Ciwuwi Balangan provides free private parking available on site, and Ngurah Rai International is 15 km away. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.

**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.

* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
