I booked this place for my mom, grandmom, and aunt, and they had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. They really enjoyed the space, and it had everything they needed. The location was also very convenient and close to my house, which made it easy for me to visit and check in. This location was perfect for us. We had access to Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Friends is Atco, Somerdale, Marlton and Berlin. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets as well as towels for the bathroom. I recommend staying here

Great Stay

Me and my family found this place for temporary stay while we close on our new home. It was a peaceful stay. The owners communicate very fast if you have any issues. I do recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Sandra, the host, was quick to respond when we reached out. Having the backyard for the dogs was a bonus. Being offered to check out at 1:00 was a kind offer. Would be happy to return.

The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a nice stay. Bathroom a bit out of date but well maintained, beds excellent which we considered to be very important. Kitchen well equipped.Unfourtunately hardly any windows you can open due to the air conditioning/ heating in all rooms.Neighbourhood okWe had a nice stay and enjoyed coming bacl to this house every evening. :-)

A place to rest at night and shower in the morning. Needed a stopper for the sink and electric outlets on the wall right side of the kitchen and bedroom had no electric.

The townhouse is in a good location, and we felt safe the entire time. The host was very responsive when we messaged. For example, we didn’t receive check-out instructions, and Sandra responded almost instantly.However, a few things stood out that can be improved upon. The house is for sale which we were not made aware of. There was less than a full roll of toilet paper when we arrived. No paper towels, hand soap was almost out. Almost all the blinds in the home were broken. The bathtub had blue paint showing through the white which makes it seem like the bathtub had been painted.Overall, the inside of the house maybe hasn't been as well-maintained since it is up for sale.

The host was communicative at first. However we did not choose to stay at this location after we saw it face to face. My family includes a baby and toddler. In general the house is not in the best condition : like the door handle looking lose and the duct tape holding up the toilet paper. For the price per night we were a little shocked at this. This location did not feel safe for small children(ac units in the windows, railing on the stairway was not secure). Once we voiced our concern to the host it was brought to our attention that we could simply remove the ac units from the windows if we were concerned about safety. (There would be no ac otherwise so that wasn’t an option for us either) There were blinds missing in the windows and sliding glass doors (it’s easy to see right in). Once we asked the host for a partial refund and did not stay they stopped responding.I would not book this room if you have small children.

The Kitchen was well put together and having the air condition was helpful. I had to contact the owner because I wasn't aware that it was working, but it needed to be plugged in. I called the host, didn't get an answer. So I texted her and got a response an hour or so later.
