Awesome Clean Place

The Apt was in great condition. Modern appliances. Got to see a family of Canadian Geese with their babies. Highly recommend!!! Will stay again if in towns

Nice apartment for a weekend stay

The apartment is nice. We had a pleasant stay. We will definitely rent it again if we need to come back in this area.

Excellent for Single Professional

The location was a terrific, well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet space for mornings of online work and days spent running errands for and visiting with local family. The unit is conveniently located with nearby access to freeways and shopping. My only caution (not a complaint) is that it is tucked back into a complex of identical buildings that are quite difficult to differentiate from one another in low light. It would be less of an issue if building numbers were posted more clearly and illuminated.

Needs TLC

The location of the property was ideal since it was close to my son and family. The property needed an update. Small sofa in living room was torn and very uncomfortable. There were no other chairs in living room that my husband or I could use. It’s only to accommodate 2 people but sometimes it’s more comfortable to spread out. There was no dresser in bedroom so we weren’t able to unpack and had to live out of our suitcase for a week. The kitchen needed more glasses, only 3 so we had to wash dishes after each use, could use a larger frying pan and pots. Blinds were broken on many windows. Unfortunately we tried to use the laundry room but it requires a purchase of card for 10 for the washer and dryer. We tried to purchase a card (there was a machine in the laundry), put in our credit card and pushed for card to be dispensed. No card. Machine was empty and there was no warning that machine was empty. Called the number on the machine and was told they would send a replacement card. We live in SC and were just visiting. When I asked her to cancel my credit card order, I was told that was not possible but they would send me a check in 7-10 business days. I doubt I’ll ever see that check. I think with a little update this property could be a nice place to stay.

Hi Cathy, I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. We strive to give our guests the best experience possible. However, its hard to do so when the guests do not response to our messages when we are checking in. We did not receive any questions from you during your entire stay. Our apartment is also true to the photos posted on the VRBO website. We hope that guests would book a stay that they are comfortable with based on the photos provided. There is also no need to purchase a laundry card. We provide laundry cards to our guests which is available on kitchen table for easy access.
