Place was absolutely amazing! Quiet, clean and was beyond expectations! Lovely location next to ocean where you can hear the waves crashing in. Would definitely rent again if opportunity presents itself in the future. 10/10 with accommodating hosts, thanks for the memorable experience of St Maarten for me and my family that we truly will never forget!

This was a nice, quiet neighborhood and the bill felt like it was in a tropical garden with views of the pool and ocean. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others. The host was very responsive and gave great direction and suggestions

Clean and cute within a beautiful villa community. Well appointed amenities though a bit dated and needs some plumbing work. No beach here but the pool and outdoor area have plenty of areas to lounge looking over the water. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and calm

This property was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the views! The villa is well taken care of and it was very comfortable to stay in. The property has a great pool and beautiful views no matter what time of the day or night. Looking forward to going back one day.

Paradise on the rocks

Me and my friend stayed at this place for a relaxed vacation our first time in St Martin. We felt we hit the jackpot. It is fairly priced, perfect location near bars/restaurants/beaches/casinos (waking distance), just a hop and a skip from the airport, and it is nestled away in a quiet little villa where the waves crash on the rocks right below a private pool overlooking the ocean. The owners communication made the difference in making us feel comfortable staying in a new place. The rap around porch and ocean view balcony are just the icing on the cake in this perfect, spacious villa.
