While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need.

This home is in a quiet, residential area. The speed limit on the road is 20 mph. Please be sure to drive the speed limit! The area around the home is wooded and private. However, we are only a 10 minute drive to downtown Manchester, with all the entertainment, restaurants, and bars that Manchester is known for! We are also minutes from walking/biking trails. Please note, this home is on a shared road. When pulling out of our specific driveway, the road to right is private property.

You will have access to the entire home, EXCEPT the office, wine cellar, master closet, and fridge in the laundry room. We also ask that guests stay out of any utility spaces, including the utility room in the indoor pool room and the pool shed by the outdoor pool area. The owner lives at the property while we are not hosting guests and he stores his belongings in the office and closet. Please do not go into this space. Otherwise, the rest of the home is accessible including the seasonal outdoor pool, year round indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Please note, the fireplaces pictured in one of the rooms, common room, and indoor pool area are currently not operational. We also have a large property with plenty of outdoor area for games and walking. We have a bench that overlooks the Piscataquog River. Please be EXTREMELY careful by the bench as it is up against a cliff. Kids should always be supervised in this area.

**We welcome large groups to our home and kindly ask that you inquire with an accurate number of guests. We include an additional fee for larger groups, for insurance and liability purposes, and want to be sure you are able to see the full amount you will be paying prior to booking. Groups of 8 or more will be asked to sign a rental agreement. Thanks!**

The pictures really don’t do this home justice! Nestled right next to Piscataquog River, this huge 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is perfect for a family gathering or friends looking for a reunion. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and we can sleep up to 10 guests in beds. However, there is plenty of room for guests to bring air mattresses and sleeping materials, so we can sleep an additional 6 guests. Please note, guests would need to bring any extra sleeping materials for the additional 6 guests. The house boasts ornate details such as two large spiral staircases and a sitting room with useable piano. In case that’s not enough, enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sauna, spend time playing in the heated indoor pool with seating, or take a soak in the outdoor hot tub. Not to be outdone, we also have a large outdoor pool (available from May-September). Please note, the indoor pool area currently has an empty hot tub area that is not useable. We ask guests to please use caution around it.

This home is only minutes from downtown Manchester, often called the Boston of New Hampshire. Check out the newest exhibit at the Currier Art Museum or go see a play at the Palace Theater. The SEE Science Center has something for the whole family and the SNHU Arena brings in top of the line bands and comedians. More interested in doing something outside? We’re minutes away from the Piscataquag/Goffstown Rail Trail and Rock Rimmon Park, with tennis courts, a playground, and some walking trails. Mt. Unconoonuc is not too far and offers some easy hiking with stellar views! Or, stay home and enjoy the large property complete with lawn space for games, large trees, and a bench that oversees the Piscataquog River.

This is an owner occupied home. As such, you will likely come across some of the owner's belongings. Please be sure to avoid getting into any of those belongings. We lock off a closet and an office for most of his belongings. Please note, the office is not listed as part of the home and may be a bit cluttered.

**Please note, there are a few parts of our home that are not available for use at the moment. The oven that is in the island does not currently work. However, there is a second wall oven that works and is available for your usage! Also, the toilet in the downstairs bedroom with two beds does not work. The rest of that bathroom is available for you to use. No fireplaces are functional at this time and we ask that guests avoid using the wood burning fireplaces in the common room and indoor pool area as well as the gas fireplace in the master bedroom. Thank you for your attention to these details!**
