Enchanting, romantic and fun river getaway

Relax and enjoy the beautiful river, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, large wrap around porch and decks plus water features. The home is charming, romantic and cozy, yet roomy enough for the family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood set right on the river. Across the river is Intervale Golf Course. There is a large weeping willow right out front for extra privacy.
Guest access
The whole house, decks, grill, fire pit and yard are for your use.

We have a traveling nurse that lives in the apartment above the garage. She keeps to herself and does not have use of the decks, porches or outdoor cooking area.

Anna was an outstanding host! Her home is warm, welcoming and spacious. She added some special touches that made our Thanksgiving weekend one of the best ever. She went out of her way to help in any way we needed. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Kitchen was stocked! Incredible view.

We had a wish list for a nice place for a girls’ weekend: comfortable, airy space for hanging out; three “adult” bedrooms (not twin/bunk beds); easy to get to; quiet, safe neighborhood; and a clean, well-maintained kitchen and bath. This place had all that, plus
accommodating check-in/out; amazing views and property; fun extras like the s’mores basket; and great hosts. I can see why it has a 10/10 rating.

What a magnificent property! It’s beautiful both inside and out. The tasteful, comfortable dĂ©cor and lovely scenery contribute to the calm, relaxing atmosphere perfect for a restful vacation. The home is beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly want or need, including a wonderful selection of snacks and refreshments. The best feature of this rental, though, is the helpful, responsive owner. She responded almost immediately to any questions we had and offered helpful suggestions as to places to eat and things to see and do. I have rented many Vrbo properties over the years but this was by far the best!

Weekend Getaway

The house was amazing!! Anna was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast items were a nice touch. Despite having a rainy weekend we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the view of the Merrimack. Would definitely go again and recommend to others!

Girls weekend

This house is better than being home!! More relaxing, better decor, and the views of the river are amazing. The owners have thought of everything! It even has a massage chair and comfy blankets everywhere. They provided plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee snacks and condiments. We had the best time and we will definitely come back to stay here. Best VRBO I have ever rented!!

I can’t even explain aptly how utterly amazing our stay was. Anna was so accommodating and easily reached with any questions. The house and surrounding area is GORGEOUS and the pictures don’t do it justice. So peaceful, so perfect. She had breakfast food including eggs, mixes, butter, apple cider and milk awaiting us along with some sweet treats. And also had body wash and shampoo and conditioner! We felt so so spoiled. We never saw the nurse that lives at the adjoining property. The coffee machine was a bit moody but I was able to figure out that if you clean out the bottom drain part of any excess water and then put the water reservoir on, it does not leak. Tons of cooking supplies, spices, and basically everything to make it so comfortable and homey. The bed was fantastic and the plush soft blankets were magical. I can’t rave enough. It was one of THE BEST VRBO experiences I have ever had. Thank you Anna for sharing your amazing home with us and we plan to be back with the kids soon if at all possible!

Enchanting and Perfectly Stocked

Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area.

Cozy home

Beyond what we could have imagined. Pictures don't do this property justice. If i lived in the New England area i would stay here multiple times a year. The property owners thought of everything possible for anyone staying here. It is literally a fully furnished house. Location is on a nice quiet street but close to everything. Truely an incredible place.

Storybook setting

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls' weekend with my mother and cousins. Anna is a fabulous and responsive host, and the house is absolutely gorgeous! Well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, with so many thoughtful touches scattered throughout. We were in the area for a bridal shower but I would come back here just to spend a few days of pure relaxation in this idyllic setting. Cozy, charming, and positively delightful. Hope to be back someday!

Amazing views with a great space

We stayed here for a hockey tournament for my son. The house was decorated so cute and had anything you could possibly need. The host was always available if needed. The house was so cozy we didn't want to leave. Cant wait to book again when its warmer to take advantage of the great deck and grill off the river. Loved it!!!

Comfort and Cozy

This house had all the comforts from home and more. It was so cozy which made it hard to leave. The couches and throws were perfect for snuggling up with a book and movie night. The beds were so comfortable and plush. The kitchen came stocked with coffee, eggs, muffins, fresh fruit, and woopie pies! It was a perfect getaway for Mom’s birthday weekend. We plan to visit again when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the beautiful yard and river!

Amazing Getaway!

Our family (we have two older teen boys) absolutely loved our stay in your home! Picture perfect spaces paired with a great view of the river made it comfortable and cozy! We have stayed in many house rentals over the years and this house was by far the best equipped with kitchenware and we loved the added touches of teas, coffee, snacks and fresh ingredients to make pancakes! All of the beds were super comfortable and the towels and linens were lovely. We also appreciated how there were no plug-in air fresheners in the home and the soaps and room sprays were mindfully chosen. Thanks again and we can't wait to come back!

Best of the best

Couldn’t ask for more in this beautiful location right on the river. If you can imagine, living on the pages of a decorating magazine, this is it. Not only a beautiful home, but ANNA has thought of everything. The kitchen is loaded with more than the basics we would need to launch our visit. Not only that little things like even Band-Aids are in the bathroom. Since we visited in winter, we didn’t get to use the gas grill or the docks or any of the outdoor amenities, but we could see they were all right there. We had a wonderful time in this lovely location.

Hallmark movie house

As soon as we drove into the driveway we fell in love with this house!!! We rented it for a girls weekend getaway to get a start on our Christmas shopping! The minute we walked in we all fell in love with this place! It was absolutely stunning! The decor, the cleanliness, the location.. Anna did a fabulous job! She was a text away from any questions we had and provided us with places to try out for dinner, and local shops! The house was complete with fresh linen, comfy bedding and a beautiful kitchen that had everything you could possibly think of needing! Great coffee and she even left muffins and fresh eggs for breakfast! The view with the river out back was absolutely stunning! I can’t wait to go back in warmer weather to be able to sit out back and enjoy the patio by the water to relax and read a book!!! We truly had a unforgettable girls weekend thanks to the comfort and beauty of this home!

This is a very quiet neighborhood that is the perfect place to bike, hike or walk and we are only minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants and activities.

This is a wonderfully romantic and cozy home, right on the river in a very private location with high privacy fencing all around. There is a large, beautiful yard with a wonderful water feature, gorgeous weeping willow tree, fruit trees, out door kitchen and fire pit. It is surrounded by rose bushes with a lovely gazebo right in the center to sit in on a lazy afternoon and watch the boats go by. Or go for a fabulous kayak/paddle boat ride or float on the floating chairs and just relax.
