Diese geräumige und gut ausgestattete erste Etage Villa verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten und ist nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Pool, Tenniscentern und Golfplätzen. Genießen Sie die bewaldeten und Blick auf die Lagune von Ihrem privaten Deck. Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer verfügen über private Bäder. Küche verfügt über Fliesenboden und Esstisch mit Platz für sechs Personen. Wohnen umfasst großes Flachbild-TV und Schiebetür zum Balkon. Diese Mietvilla ist Ihr Zuhause auf Hilton Head Island. Haustiere sind nur in dieser Ferienwohnung von Oktober bis März gestattet. Ein Hund unter 40 kg ist erlaubt. Unfortunately the walls are thin so you hear the neighbours. Especially the ones in the unit above walking around and talking. Fortunately they didn't stay up late so the house was quiet at night. Overall, we love staying with Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.

Very mediocre experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh where to begin. Guest need to be aware they are staying in an apartment building. Paper thin walls - you will hear every noise all day and night. Neighbors had a dog that barked constantly. The bathrooms looked in poor shape and much of the interior looked dated. Not worth the price.

There are separate listings for single family homes and villas, which are clearly labeled in both the descriptions and the type of property. We have vacation planners standing by if there are ever any questions if you are unsure of the property that you are booking online. The photos are readily available for each property so that you are able to choose the décor and level of upgrade for each property. They are all individually owned and decorated, the choice is yours!

Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities.

The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Beach very nice and general store a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to have a pool nearby too. Apartment clean and well-kept with convenient appliances like microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - awesome!

Loved this property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfectly located in Palmetto dunes. Well quipped kitchen. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 star rating is because the ends were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we have zero complaints and would recommend this property.
