Upon entering the home travelers are greeted to an open style floor plan and the blue of the Caribbean Sea beaming in through the all glass beachside wall. To the left is a spacious living room with large, comfortable seating and a huge flat panel TV. To the center is the dining room with a grand, family style rectangular hardwood table and plenty of seating for the whole group. To the right is the large and well equipped kitchen with a center island and an oversized breakfast nook area.

The international city of Playa del Carmen is a 10 minute walk down the beach. There one can find a plethora of restaurants the range from cheap street eats to uber gourmet. 5th Avenue, the open air shopping mall, comes alive in the late afternoon and into the night. There is shopping, street vendors, performers, clubs, dancing, local watering holes and of course, the beach. For those who want to do some exploring in the area there is plenty to do. Take a ferry ride out of Playa del Carmen to Cozumel for the day, play golf at one of the many nearby golf clubs, go for a Jungle ATV ride, zipline, swim in cenotes and more!
