Perfect week Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there in September and had a wonderful time! The beach access is perfect and there are shops in towns close by. Everything was clean and the property management points of contact were awesome.

The condo was extremely comfortable and well-stocked. The layout was great and allowed for privacy between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. We especially loved the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it!

This KoOlina property lacked on site personnel to facilitate any issues that occurred. Access to the salt water coves, swimming and heated pools continue to be the primary attraction.

Highly recommend

This was our 2nd time staying in the Ko’Olina area, first at Beach Villas as we wanted to stay in 1 villa with the rest of our group. Very clean resort, the check in/ out process was super easy and the host of this unit was responsive when needed. Highly recommend!

Sorry to say but for the money we spend we had issues with little bugs infested in coffee cups in the cupboard bathroom and the master bedroom. Air conditioner went out twice. Lights are very hard to figure out and they flicker. Light bulbs out in rooms. Lamp shade broken. Carpet is dirty. I think just a little tender love with this place and I would have given a 5. But come on. Love your place better!

I have stayed at this property for the past few years. This particular villa was not it. It appeared run down with alot of items inside that were broken. The lamp shades, light in the bathroom was out (not functioning) dishwasher did not work, and the second bathroom tub did not drain. It was very loud in the morning as the villa faces the parking lot so everyone driving in can see inside. Disappointed at the money i spent for this.

Love the beach villas at Ko Olina

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was spacious. Great location in the ocean tower. Nice furnishings. Very nice appliances. The electric cooktop took some getting use to. Negatives--Only one kitchen towel and we found two cockroaches in the master bathroom.

We apologize that there was only one kitchen towel. If you had let us know, we could have dropped more off. Regarding the cockroaches in the master bathroom, we do regular pest control treatments at our properties. It's important to note that Hawaii's tropical climate naturally attracts various insects, and we appreciate your understanding. Calm and Quiet, not words I like to say out loud

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy and comfortable for a family. There wasnt any pantry room for essentials purchased for the week, but it made it easier to remind everyone else eat there versus spending more outside. I walked up and down the path through the lagoons and Beach Villa was the least crowded.

The rooms vacuum cleaner is broken. And there was an underlying layer of sand that is just.. there and isn’t able to be fully cleaned. There are stains everywhere. Chairs, carpets etc. The couch with the pullout sleeper sofa had the cushions torn underneath and would slide the cushions off the couch once you sat on it. Great size room, very convenient location (except for parking being located on opposite end of property)

Nice property/ issues with condo

Nice property and nice condo overall. Had a bad experience with this specific property management. The dishwasher was broken, they sent Maintenance twice, they were in the room for over an hour, and left after saying it was fixed. It was not actually fixed. Ended up having to hand wash dishes the whole vacation. When I requested some sort of refund for the disturbances, I got no response after following up 3 times.
