Glad you enjoyed the cabin under the conditions of the basement situation. Luckily, the other two floors where fine and the pool was usable during the day of the issue. Unfortunately, this happened on the night before Father's Day, so we could not get anyone to come out on Sunday. On Monday, electrician arrived and had it up and running. We discovered it was an issue with the whole room dehumidifier in the pool room causing the issue in the basement. Luckily, it was under warranty, and a new one was installed. Guests were taken care of for the inconvenience. All good now. Glad you wish to return in the future. :)

Glad you had a lot of fun at the cabin! :) As for the fire pit table, it was discovered during your stay that the little stones in the pit can block the line. So, we now try to remind guests to check to make sure that is not the case (if fire won't come on). We note in our welcome letter and agreement that we provide a starter set of the items noted, but we simply can't keep up with/know how much each separate party is going to use during their stay. If the items were not provided at all, we apologize for the cleaners' oversight. Not sure what utensils/bowls were needed for cooking (you are the first to mention this). I am going to reach out to this guest directly to try to gather more information on all the supplies and kitchen items. IF you had reached about any of the above, we, of course, would have been happy to make sure you have what you need. We strive to provide a great set-up for all of our guests.
