Immaculate, charmant 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Stadthaus in einem ruhigen Viertel mit Klangbildern und einer Sackgasse befindet. Nur eine Menge von dem Klang und ein paar Häuser vom Strand zurück Zugang am Ende der Straße. Ein leicht zu Fuß zum Oceanic Restaurant / Crystal Pier für am Meer speisen. Ein offener Wohn- / Ess- / Kochbereich und 1 Schlafzimmer und Bad befinden sich auf der obersten Ebene mit einer überdachten Veranda aus dem Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sind auf der oberen Ebene mit eigenem Deck aus Master-Schlafzimmer und Balkon im 3. Schlafzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und privater Veranda mit Ton Blick. Dieser Verleih stellt Netflix und Hul-u Plus zur Verfügung, damit Ihr Unterhaltungsgast eigene Passwort- und Kontoinformationen verwenden kann.

House was beautiful, we only had one issue which was taken care of very quickly. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Loved this beach house. A short walk to the beach and beautiful sound sunset views! The house is spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated! the neighbors are all full time residents and super friendly! Such a nice quiet area to just relax and chill out! Will be back again for sure!

Nice location-very beat up inside

The location of the property was great, close to the sound and a 2 minute walk to the beach. In a very quiet road. Inside there were holes in the wall of the primary bedroom. The shower in the primary bath never drained. Several light bulbs out. Mold in the main floor bathroom and up stairs bedroom in the shower, Shower door fell off track while showering.

Perfect location easy to get to beach, sound , local coffee shop .. very safe , clean and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms . Only downside was silverware was just hodgepodge of extra knives, forks etc no steak knife set . And would have liked to be able to be at beach house and cook out on a grill either charcoal or gas would of been fine . But overall certainly something I would re visit

We loved no public parking on street and no outlet. The sound at the end of street was a plus. Highly recommend this home. Only negative was need ceiling fan on the main porch and pot holders in the kitchen

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse had an ant infestation. We first noticed them crawling in first floor bathtub Then several places throughout the house. We called I am first day explain the problem and no one From maintenance came as promised. We called the second day an added that the TV remotes did that work and the drains in the tub drain slowly. still no one came. Third day we called again. Finally someone came and put bait traps that we could’ve bought in the drugstore ourselves. Very disappointed! We deserve a refund. Ants crawling on my sisters clothes and my grandsons toys. Unbelievable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sullivan cottage was a great place, the nicest house I’ve rented in Wrightsville Beach in my 3 year track record. Bryant is great, not sure why I went through VRBO, likely cost me more money doing that. It is clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of decks but the main second level deck is where we spent more time. The master bedroom deck is nice too and there’s even a small fridge on that level. Very comfortable place. Very private and close to Oceanic/ Crystal Pier. Cons: I don’t know how this place would be with little kids or people with serious mobility issues, lots of stairs since it is 3 levels. The stairs going to the top floor were numbering 16, higher ceiling in middle level. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable, master was very nice. The outside steps are a little tricky if you have mobility issues. My wife has MS and the stairs did present some challenges. Best to stick to the inside stairs. The one major improvement I suggest is the main living room TV. Ridiculous. There were 5 remotes. I think one was for the gas logs, but not even sure why they had that one out. It’s 2021, 3 college educated males ranging from 26-59 struggled with the living room TV functionality. There were no instructions, just instructions about all the appliances. 5 remotes? Please simplify, it took us awhile to figure out how to get the input working properly to get to netflix Hulu. I just want to be able to cut it on, not have to figure it out every time. Overall I’d recommend it and Bryant was responsive to our requests. Nothing major was wrong, just minor adjustments at beginning of week. Enjoy!!

Thank you for your thorough review and feedback, David! We are so happy you enjoyed the Sullivan unit and it's lovely views of the sound from both decks. I will let maintenance know to take a look at those remotes and try to simplify - sometimes remotes from other rooms get mixed up with the living room between guests and I understand how frustrating that could be! There are quite a bit of stairs for this unit - if you have mobility issues in your group let us know next time you visit and we can pair you with a home that has an elevator! We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. You are right about booking through VRBO - I would suggest renting direct next time to avoid all their extra fee and support a local company instead. Beautiful part of island, beautiful house and quiet too

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sullivan cottage was a great place, the nicest house I’ve rented in Wrightsville Beach in my 3 year track record. Bryant is great, not sure why I went through VRBO, likely cost me more money doing that. It is clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of decks but the main second level deck is where we spent more time. The master bedroom deck is nice too and there’s even a small fridge on that level. Very comfortable place. Very private and close to Oceanic/ Crystal Pier. Cons: I don’t know how this place would be with little kids or people with serious mobility issues, lots of stairs since it is 3 levels. The stairs going to the top floor were numbering 16, higher ceiling in middle level. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable, master was very nice. The outside steps are a little tricky if you have mobility issues. My wife has MS and the stairs did present some challenges. Best to stick to the inside stairs. The one major improvement I suggest is the main living room TV. Ridiculous. There were 5 remotes. I think one was for the gas logs, but not even sure why they had that one out. It’s 2021, 3 college educated males ranging from 26-59 struggled with the living room TV functionality. There were no instructions, just instructions about all the appliances. 5 remotes? Please simplify, it took us awhile to figure out how to get the input working properly to get to netflix Hulu. I just want to be able to cut it on, not have to figure it out every time. Overall I’d recommend it and Bryant was responsive to our requests. Nothing major was wrong, just minor adjustments at beginning of week. Enjoy!!

Sounds like you made the most out of your vacation, Cullen! The unit is perfectly situated right in the middle with quick access to both the channel and the ocean from either side. You can relax out on either deck and have views of both which makes this unit quite special! So great to hear your group had a wonderful stay, and we would love to see you back again next time you plan a visit to the area!

Lovely view of sunset at the end of the street. Very easy walk to the beach or Oceanic for food or drink. Bryant real estate has awesome customer service dealing with any issues!

Sullivan is located in a sweet spot on Wrightsville, right between the channel and the beach making the walk to either a breeze.
