Bringen Sie Ihr Boot und erkunden Sie die natürliche Schönheit der nahe gelegenen Insel Masonboro direkt gegenüber der Bucht. Es ist ein beliebter Surfspot, also bringe deine Boards an Bord! Diese Dachgeschosswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist hübsch eingerichtet und verfügt über einen hellen und luftigen Wohn- und Essbereich, der sich auf eine überdachte Terrasse öffnet. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Wrightsville Beach, nur wenige Schritte von den örtlichen Geschäften, Restaurants und einen Block vom Strand entfernt!

Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Belegung: 6. Rauchen verboten. Keine Haustiere. Bootsschein bietet Platz für 30 'Boot.

Great location and view

Check-in / Check-out is a little clunky since you have to go to their office in person for the parking passes. Otherwise we had a great time there.

Much needed getaway

The place looked better in person than the pictures. I usually on the ocean side and on the south end but decided to try this since it was last minute. I absolutely loved it! I still prefer the beach on the south end but I found myself spending more the dock and love the sunsets. The place was clean, came well equipped and I enjoyed being able to walk to so many places. And it was easy on easy off the island being so close to the bridge.

Great experience - perfect location!

"All Decked Out" was perfect for our 2-night stay. The unit was very clean and spacious. The views were beautiful and it was a quick walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants etc. I would definitey stay here again!

Relaxing!!

Beautiful views..gorgeous condo!! Beach was one block from the house as well as restaurants and shopping. Cutest little grocery store with fresh made tuna and chicken salad which were both so yummy! Teen kids had a blast, perfect vaca just way to short!

Overall great stay!

The best part of this property is the location! Gorgeous views, we really loved the porch and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was clean which I was concerned about. The space and layout are very good. It's definitely a bit dated and could use a spruce up but for the most part, you're outside anyway so not a big deal. If you have more than 1 vehicle or large truck or SUV like we did, parking is super tight, because you MUST park beneath the unit and a "lovely" neighbor complained that our SUV was in her way when it clearly was not. Oh well, still a great stay and I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

I'm glad the unit was clean, we definitely hold our housekeeping staff to very high standards. Since your stay, the unit has had its regular carpet and upholstery cleaning, kitchen inventory completed, kitchen cabinets labeled, and some upgrades to bedding. I will make note about the desire for more upgrades, your feedback helps us make suggestions to the owners, so thank you! I'm sorry you had trouble parking, it's a tight turn into the carport and takes some getting used to. Come on back and stay with us again when you are looking to get away next - we would be thrilled to host you again. Take care!

We had a great time! Great location, view and condo. Some things we noticed after checking in you need to be aware of. -tv in master got only 1 channel. -a socket in master had no cover. -a few shutters where broken. -sink faucet had a scuff mark on it. -sink center decider had a chip in it. - queen bed was actually a double mattress with queen box springs. We paid for a queen and really needed it with a couple staying in that room that are both over 6ft. Thanks!

All Decked Out

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great property.:*Fantastic property in superb setting. *Top floor.*Management co got spigot repaired quickly (when it was actually HOA's responsibility). *Great neighbors.*Grounds kept very well and dock is superb. But for a premier property, it (or mgmt co) was lacking in a few areas:*I called on about Day 2 of 14 day trip re broken porch fans. It was brutally hot most days and critically needed but they were never replaced. A price adjustment would be a reasonable thing to do. Management should review each property at the beginning of each season to ensure all items are in working order. *Linens -- over a certain price point, management co should provide more towels. And better quality sheets and towels. I get better more towels and better linens at Hampton Inn. *Master Bed - A queen in a large room with an aged saggy mattress. Again, a critical item not in line with the price point. *Cleanliness - floors not thoroughly cleaned (tiles prob need steam cleaning). Pantry and closet floors were dirty. Shower door too. Front closet a bit cluttered. Significant spider webs with 15-20 egg sacs at front door. Vacuum cleaner put out tons of dust so not worth using. *Misc signs of wear and tear -- some canned lights sagging and yellowed trim (flush mount LEDs are a great, easy replacement), master BR and BA doors don't align with frame (have to push very hard), major peeling of wallpaper in master BA, shower door and kitchen sink need replacing, drwywall cracks, etc. None are a big deal but collectively they are and again, at this price point, some should be addressed. All Decked Out is the perfect rental for those craving relaxation as the channel front deck puts you front and center for cool breezes, boat watching, and stunning sunsets. Richard, it is great to hear you enjoyed the All Decked Out condo and location! Being channel front is certainly a treat being front row to WB's famous sunsets and walking distance to downtown WB and the beach access. The owner just replaced the master bed with a new king mattress so it's great to hear positive feedback that it is comfortable! The building has a strict HOA policy with parking, trash, and noise so signs are posted throughout the property to encourage our guests to follow them. All the other condos are privately owned locals who deserve the same respect that they give our tenants. There are often issues with guests parking in their assigned carports or using other unit's trash receptacles which is why these rules are in place but are pretty basic and should be followed regardless of an HOA policy. Despite that, we hope you were able to enjoy your vacation and some much needed relaxation at the beach! Give us a call when you are ready to plan your next getaway, you are welcome back anytime!

Susan, thank you for your review of All Decked Out! We hope you had an enjoyable and relaxing stay here in Wrightsville Beach during your week trip. This unit is wonderfully situated in downtown WB, off on a quiet street with cozy interiors and plenty of space. Hopefully you were able to enjoy some time out on the shaded porch overlooking the sound and catching some of those famous WB sunsets. The private dock area is also a nice plus that you won't find in other beach houses! Come on back anytime.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great week with family and friends- We rented a boat for Entrophy to add fun to our stay! the home was beautiful, clean, and spacious! This was our 3rd year staying here and we will definitely be back!

Tracy, it's so wonderful to hear that you and your family love All Decked Out as much as we do! This channel-front property offers some stunning sunsets and views of the water and is surrounded by peace and quiet. Sounds like you all had a lot of fun renting the boat and were able to take advantage of the property's dock! Glad the property was nice and clean, we just carpet cleaned it the day you checked in! Family getaway

Could not have asked for a better location and property. It’s a view that brings calm to the soul. Loved the area so much we are now looking for a place of our own.

Ian, that sounds like an amazing trip to Wrightsville! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the property and took full advantage of the deck. It overlooks the channel and those views are so stunning and watching the boats go by is very relaxing. All decked Out but 90% broken

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for nearly two months. The location is unbeatable but the unit is not maintained. Most of the blinds are broken, carpeting is disgusting, doors don’t close properly, garbage disposer and dishwasher are ancient and don’t function properly, appliances are old and don’t work well and the list goes on! The owners have an unreasonable list of “Don’ts”. Beautiful sunset views and spacious but old fashioned decor not fitting for a potentially gorgeous property.

Erick, thank you for your feedback on All Decked Out. I apologize for the issues you experienced during your time there, and will have maintenance head down and do a thorough inspection of the property then correct any issues they find. The unit is regularly carpet cleaned including the sofas which are steam cleaned and scotch guarded so while permanent staining may persist, they are sanitized. I will see about scheduling another clean soon! We value guest feedback and relay these suggestions to the owners often to encourage improvements - I have made note of the issues you mentioned. We certainly appreciate your business and hope you enjoyed your time in Wrightsville Beach!
