Please be aware that the property is located in a central area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. While this provides great access to local attractions, it also means that there may be some noise during the night. 3 - Leave A/C off and turn off the lights.
4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button.
5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment.
6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
