Schöne Ganzjahreskabine. Befindet sich auf einem HĂŒgel mit eigenem Teich auf einem 4 Hektar großen GrundstĂŒck. Hauptkabine ist 850 sf und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche mit KĂŒhlschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Zwei Queen-Betten, Dachboden, Bad, TV, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Holzofen und große Terrasse. Es gibt eine freistehende 400 sf Mini-Kabine, die ein französisches Bett, eine Badewanne, einen kleinen KĂŒhlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Fernseher hat. Beide Kabinen verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Heizung und Klimaanlage. Riesige Feuerstelle mit Blick auf Teich mit Grill fĂŒr die Spitze. Schnelle 25-minĂŒtige Fahrt nach Ellicottville, NY und Holiday Valley Skigebiet! Der perfekte Ort zum Campen, Wandern, Jagen, Wintersporten oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Genießen des Feuers und Beobachten, wie die Hirsche am frĂŒhen Morgen einen Drink aus dem Teich trinken. Satelliten-TVs sind WIFI-fĂ€hig und der Handy-Service in der Kabine ist im Allgemeinen gut, um einen mobilen Hotspot einzurichten. Es gibt kein Internet. Beide HĂŒtten sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Der Check-In ist um 16:00 Uhr und der Check-Out um 11:00 Uhr. Der Teich ist nicht mit Fisch gefĂŒllt. Wir akzeptieren kein Bargeld oder Schecks zur Zahlung.

Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!

We absolutely love this place! This is our third time and we can’t wait to come back again. We had so much fun catching all the wildlife in the pond. Super close to Ellicottville. Very pet friendly. We loved the updates the made to the cabin and really shows how much care they put into the place

Amazing getaway experience!

Fabulous Getaway

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

Beautiful cabin, delightful annex cabin

We loved this gorgeous cabin and annex cabin. New, fresh, clean and in a beautiful setting. We used it as a home base for Holiday Valley skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Frank and Stephanie were very available for any questions that we had. Our questions were quickly addressed. They have provided just about anything you would need for a weekend away from home.

Absolutely stunning cabin.

I rented this cabin for an annual girls weekend get away, our stay couldn't have been better! The cabin itself is stunning, newly remodeled and perfect. The cabin was fully stocked so it made packing a breeze. The decorations, and the whole feel of the cabin even down to the bath towels and pillows were better than most pricy hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, secluded yet close enough to Ellicottvile. I had a few questions in which I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes! I will definitely be booking again!

Happy New Year!

With everything going on this year of 2020, and limitations on travel, we decided to try something different this year. We decided to have a staycation within the home state and within a few hours of home. We decided to start the new year quietly and with just our family. We found this listing and it looked fantastic. The photos and description were on point. The property is out of the way, quiet and beautiful. The middle of winter and the great windows overlooking the lake and woods set the perfect setting for a fire in the stove and time together. With a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space and wood for the fire, the stay was great. The proximity to Ellicottville gave us plenty of time to ski, shop and eat in the local restaurants over a few days. It was a great way to celebrate the new year in a warmth, comfort and ideal setting. We look forward to revisiting.

A hidden jewel. Beautiful and welcoming with a wall of windows overlooking a private pond.

Our stay at the cabin for a weekend was wonderful. A very private setting with your own pond. The cabin is immaculate and comfortable with renovations recently completed. The owners went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The table was set and had a welcoming note. There was also an information package with directions to grocery stores, restaurants and local attractions. The first evening we ended up in Ellicottville for dinner (25 min+/-) and concluded the night by the fire pit next to the pond. The kitchen, shower, bathroom are all brand new and very clean. Read the welcoming email instructions. A GPS may try to take you on a "road" you need to avoid if you want to keep your muffler. The place itself is located on a maintained dead end road - easy to drive to/no off-roading. Highly recommended for a getaway with a spouse or friends. The view of the pond is amazing - a pleasure to wake up to in the morning. We'll definitely be back.

Great secluded getaway

We stayed recently with our adult children for a weekend ski trip. This was our second visit to the cabins and we enjoyed it as much this time as our previous visit. It's about a 20 to 25 minute drive from Holiday Valley, so not a bad drive. The cabins are in a wooded setting down a long drive, so the location is very private. With fresh snow, the scenery was beautiful and absolutely serene. The only caution I would provide is to make sure that you have a vehicle that handles the snow well - AWD or 4WD preferrably. For this trip we rented a 12 passenger van so that we wouldn't have to drive 2 cars. On our first morning when leaving to ski, we were stuck in the driveway and couldn't make it up the slight incline of the driveway. Finally, with the help of a little kitty litter and everyone pushing, we got the van out. From then on, we parked at the end of the drive and walked (probably about a 100 yards or so). All in all though, we enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay there again.

An unbelievable vacation for all ages

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.
