The small cabin studio was a perfect spot for us to rest our heads while cheering on family members doing the mammoth march at Letchworth State Park. Plenty of room, had everything we needed with room for our dogs to roam. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Love the studio! Very clean and has everything you need. We stayed 3 nights while visiting our mom in Houghton Nursing Home. Hopefully will be lucky enough to visit and stay again in future

Good location for visiting Letchworth SP. Home was nicely furnished with an unfenced yard for our dog. The house is located close to SR19 so expect some traffic noise. The TV does not have cable or satellite but does include AppleTV for streaming. You will need your passwords for Netflix etc. Overall a nice stay.

It was exactly what we needed - a short distance from Houghton U. Our gps got us lost. We were able to leave a phone message for the host explaining our dilemma. James reached out to us by phone and talked us all the to our rental!

Convenient and Cozy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Everything we needed was there(towels, dishes, coffee and other conveniences) and it is very close to our son’s school-Houghton University. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Excellent cottage. Nice and cool inside to get out of heat. Great deck to get some sun. Great location if you are in Houghton area for the college. We came to see the Genesse Rapids Summer college baseball team play.

Great Stay

We were dropping off our daughter at Houghton University and needed to find a place for a couple of days. This property was perfect. Very clean and well equipped for our stay. We had a small self induced problem while we were there and the owner was quick to help us. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Cozy Studio

Winter hideaway

This tiny home is so cozy! We hinkered down inside due to the weather, but it was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. The island was the perfec spot for our puzzle. Our dog was comfortable and welcome by the owners.

Efficiency

Perfectly located near family. Outside deck and yard was enjoyable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Minor issue with TV was almost immediately resolved. Overall a very pleasant experience. We would definitely rent again.

Great little place to stay when traveling or visiting the area with your puppers!! Everything you need is right there including a great yard for walking the dogs and a 2 mile trail (out and back) only yards away for more exercise. Very comfortable and clean. Only thing I feel obligated to mention is lack of contact with host who we reached out to twice by email and phone and our attempts to get assistance were never responded to. Luckily we were able to resolve issues on our own. Otherwise I would highly recommend!!

We had a terrific extended stay. The property was centrally located to everything we were doing. Letchworth State Park was about a half hour away and is a must see.Communication with the owner was excellent. The property is located on a road that can get a little busy during the day, but that didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!
