Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts! As super hosts, we are thrilled to present our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental, perfect for accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 kids.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy dining area adorned with coastal-inspired decor, creating a serene ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, where you can gather with loved ones for memorable meals and lively conversations.

Sink into the oversized couch and unwind after a day of exploring the beauty of Cape Cod. Throw on the electric fireplace and your favorite movie for a perfect night cap!

Retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and provided cotton linens/towels. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed.

The queen bedroom is small but we were able to fit a luxurious queen bed. Please use the storage tower for clothes and belongings!

The last bedroom boasts custom built in bunk beds with 4 twin mattresses. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV and air conditioning!

Step outside to discover your own private oasis in the fully fenced backyard. Spend sunny afternoons lounging on the patio furniture or firing up the grill for a delicious barbecue feast.

Jump in the outdoor shower after the perfect Cape Cod beach day!

The highlight of the backyard is undoubtedly the 6-hole mini golf course, providing endless entertainment for guests of all ages.

Just a short .4 mile walk from your doorstep lies the pristine beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. We included 6 adult bikes with helmets as well as beach chairs for guests to enjoy!

Be sure to put your mind at ease driving your electric car as we include a Nema 14-50 EV charger. Keep your car charged and ready for adventures.

After a day of adventure, return to your peaceful retreat and relax under the starry sky, recounting the day's memories with loved ones around the fire pit.
