Enjoy a wonderful Cape Cod vacation in this well loved, family friendly gem.
Six bedrooms (3 Queens / 1 King / 1 Full) / 2 Twins (1 w/trundle) and a crib. Central air conditioning, cozy gas fireplace, walk to beach.
Located Mid-Cape. Enjoy all Cape Cod attractions from the National Seashore to Woods Hole in Falmouth. We supply sheets, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and a large, expandable table. The grassy, fenced-in back yard has a blue stone patio with a large umbrella table, 12 chairs and propane grill for all your outdoor cooking. You'll also enjoy the spacious outdoor shower. This is the perfect home for a multi-generational vacation. Located on a QUIET, dead-end street with a short walk to Raycroft, Inman Rd. and Sea St. Beaches. Come with the kids and grandchildren and enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer. Take a stroll to Sunday School for their homemade ice cream. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The Ocean House (and beach bar) is a 3 minute walk and Pelham house just a little further down the road.

Quality mattresses are made up with freshly washed sheets, blankets and coverlets. Hand towels, bath towels, face clothes and beach towels are also provided. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Perfect Vacation Home in Dennis Port

This is the perfect house for families visiting Cape Cod. The central location means all parts are within reasonable driving distance. With ample space and a 3min walk to the beach, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Great stay for a wedding

Stayed here over a long wedding weekend with friends. 9 of us stayed, some couples some not and everyone had their own bedroom. very clean and quiet neighborhood, hosts very accommodating!

Great home, location, and hosts!

The check-in process was super easy and Jack and Val's home was clean and tidy when we arrived. There were fresh beach and shower towels on the bed which was a really nice touch! The beach was very close, and restaurants with ocean views were just a short walk or ride away. Jack was super responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cottage!

Perfect Dennis Port House close to many attractions

We loved our stay at this Dennis house! We stayed with our whole family (grandparents, grandchildren, etc) and the house comfortably fit all of us. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, walking distance to a private beach and short drive to larger public beaches. Also walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. We loved everything about our stay!

Perfect big family retreat

The house has lots of sleeping space, lounging space and lots of extras. A nicely decorated, clean and comfortable home. The fenced in yard makes keeping track of pets or kids easy. Little extras like coffee and toiletries are a nice convenience. The location is steps from the beach, restaurants and ice cream. You really couldn’t ask for more.

Great location. Lovely house

Parking works for 3 cars in a line in driveway. We could not use the street parking because car parked across the street took up the street space. All else perfect.

Family Getaway!

100% recommend this house for a family vacation or celebration. We stayed over the 4th of July week with my entire family. It was the first vacation with all the grandchildren involved and my parents loved it! It is a perfect location in the Dennis area and Jack and Val made everything beyond easy! Jack informed us about beach parking over the holidays and was easy to communicate with! The house had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend it to other family and friends. We had a blast and hope to get the opportunity to stay there again!

Clean and well-kept home

My friends and I had a positive experience at this home. The home is well-kept, there are plenty of beds, it was very clean, and the host was flexible with our check out time. My only feedback was that it felt as if the host had some initial reservations about myself and my group staying there.

Picture perfect for the family!!

This property is perfect for families; great location for a quick beach run or spend the whole day with little ones. Adults will enjoy as well. Nice neighborhood to walk, bike, and eat locally! Property and house were clean and comfortably sleeps large families. Accommodated young children with crib, high chairs and nice safe backyard to play after the beach. Superior Stay

Everything was wonderful! The house was spatious and very clean! They had plenty of everyday items you’d need for your stay (paper towels, toilet paper etc.) and everything was in perfect condition. The central air system worked great as did all kitchen appliances and the televisions. They had books, board games and puzzles in case of a rainy afternoon and beach chairs and toys to borrow for a trip to the beach. The renters were easy to get ahold of and were very friendly! We’d happily recommend this house for a fabulous vacation!

Amazing

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The owners thought of everything….from a fully stocked kitchen to beautiful beach towels. The backyard was perfect for our family of littles. It was fenced and even had a little sand pit for the kids to play in tucked in the back corner. They provided several beach chairs and umbrellas as well as toys for the kids. The house’s air conditioning was a game changer as it was one of the hottest week of the summer! The beds and pillows were so comfortable making sleeping perfect. The owners were very attentive. They provided suggestions of things to do the week we were there. All of this combined with the fact that the beach is a 5 minute walk makes this a great place to stay!

Perfect summer getaway!

My closest friends from college and I decided to have a summer trip since we hadn’t spent any time together since we graduated 3 years ago due to the pandemic. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this house was. The neighborhood is very quiet, not overflowing with tourists (though we did go early in the season), and very quaint. The house is amazingly spacious, bright, clean, up to date, and you can literally see the beach from the driveway. Val and Jack are fantastic hosts and think of everything you might need. The check in/out process was extremely smooth. Jack even recommended two excellent spots for dinner that the group loved. We rented the house thinking this would be a one time only trip, but we all had such a good time that we’re already talking about coming next year. Seriously do yourself a favor and rent this house! It was exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this large, spotless, homey, Dennis Port cottage. It is ideal for a multi-generational group. We had 2 sets of grandparents who don’t do stairs, so two bedrooms on the first floor, near the bathroom, was perfect! With a crib upstairs, there is no need to lug your pack n’ play and my cousin was delighted to find a booster seat in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it is well stocked! There was a toaster oven and a toaster, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, everything from a pizza cutter to a salad spinner and ample dish towels. Plus plenty of panty space to store your food. I find this a rarity in rentals. Also worth mentioning are all the hooks on the back of the bedroom doors. This is a little thing, but makes drying your towels so much easier! (another rarity!) You will also love the location! It is very walkable if you like to leave your car parked, like me. There is a small beach at the bottom of the street, or you can take a longer walk to Sea Street Beach. There are plenty of beach chairs to use. The kind that go on your back. We spent lots of time enjoying the back yard (there were lawn games!) and the sun porch, but also enjoyed walking to Sundae School, the Wee Packet (loved the gift shop!), and the Beach Bar. We would definitely return.

Wonderful family vacation in Cape Cod!

Our family of two adults and six children, ranging in age from 7-17 just finished a really fabulous week in Cape Cod. We even brought the family dog. The house fit everyone perfectly! I can’t say enough good things about this house! The house was very clean, with nice white towels, blankets and beach towels all provided. There wasn’t a thing we lacked! Platters, plates, cups galore. The shed in the backyard had beach chairs, and other games, and our family enjoyed several rounds of paddle board in the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, it was perfect, with a nice lawn, table and new grill. The yard is fully fenced so the kids could slip out back with the dog to play and I didn’t have to worry. I enjoyed coffee there every morning. The location of the house mid-Cape in Dennis is also great. We drove to Falmouth, Hyannis, Provincetown, etc with no issues. The neighborhood is safe and the ocean, ice cream (Sundae School), and a good breakfast place (Wee Packet) are all within walking distance. Our family would love to go back and will be talking about this vacation for years to come. Thanks Val and Jack!

Fantastic multi-generation trip!

Grandma, 6 adults and 2 infants, it was the perfect stay! Our favorites were the walkable breakfast + ice cream spots, and many walkable beaches. Loved the spacious outdoor shower! It was a great location, and fantastic host. Jack was incredibly helpful and responsive, both leading up to the stay and during the stay - though we didn't need to be in contact too much, as the house is perfectly well equipped and set up! Would recommend as a wonderful place for families!

Amazing property

This property was amazing. We went away with our extended family. Plenty of space for everyone. House has way more space on the inside than it looks on the outside. Fenced in yard. Short walk to beach. House has everything you’d need and more. Jack was wonderful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Hot week in beautiful Dennis Port!

We had a fantastic week. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped with everything we needed and was nice and clean. Great location for walking to the beach or riding bikes. Would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to stay next summer.
