Perfektes Strandhaus, nur wenige Schritte vom Wilson's Grove Association Beach entfernt. Pete und ich genießen es, unseren AM-Kaffee auf dem sonnigen Vorderdeck zu trinken. Nach einem schönen Tag am Strand ziehen wir uns in den schattigen, privaten, eingezäunten Hinterhof zurück. Genießen Sie die Außendusche. Feiern Sie den Tag. Gehen Sie zum Popponessett Inn und New Seabury Country Club oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang zum Popponsett Marketplace und zur Raw Bar mit Live-Bands, die donnerstags bis am Wochenende wöchentlich auftreten. Kurze Fahrt nach Mashpee Commons mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Gemeinschaftsspielplatz. Wunderbare Lage zum Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach nur einen schönen Tag am Strand. Keine Haustiere und Leute mit Katzenallergien sollten nicht in Betracht ziehen, zu mieten. Nur an Nichtraucher.

Cottage in beautiful location steps to beach and a short walk to Marketplace with shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful stay. Beach was amazing with warm water and plenty of space. The house was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. On a great street just a few houses from the beach. Easy to run between the beach and house for lunch and snacks throughout the day.

Great week at the beach!

House was perfect for our family with two small children. Listing described the property perfectly and the house was stocked with all necessities and more! We loved the location and easy walk to beach, as well as the decks and outdoor shower. The hosts were very friendly and responsive through the booking process and during our stay. Great vacation!

Great Cape Getaway

Our family of 5 had a great vacation in Wilson Grove! We loved the proximity to the beach with our small children and used Mashpee as a stepping stone to lots of other fun Cape activities. Perfect!

Wilson's Grove is the perfect place to stay in Popponesset. The cottage is the perfect place to stay on Wilson's Grove. The cottage represents what the Cape should be. The kids played in the yard and biked on the quiet street while we sat on the front porch. We walked back and forth to the beach, which was right at the end of the short private street. It was a perfect vacation. We will be back!

Perfect Cape Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed a week here at the Grove. The house was perfect and extremely clean. Location was quiet and the beach was never crowded. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to cook at home which was great. Backyard with the deck, grill and outdoor shower was fantastic. 20 minute walk to the marketplace and restaurants. A big plus for us was having the washer and dryer. Thank you Pete & Glow we cant wait to come back!

First Family Beach Vacation

11 Grove was the perfect little beach cottage for our family. We loved walking down to the beach and setting up our chairs every morning and not worrying about anybody touching them. With an 18 month old we were able to come and go from the beach as we pleased and it was just what we needed. The cottage itself was very cozy and we all enjoyed our time there. The front and back decks were great outdoor spaces, and the living area provided all we needed to enjoy each others company. Great place for a small family looking for a relaxing week at the beach. Would recommend!

Adorable property with great location. The neighbors could be a bit more friendly but this property had a nice flow, comfortable outdoor space, convienient outdoor shower, easy access to washer/ dryer in bedroom. Great comfortable sofa ( pull-out too). Just a few houses down hill to private beach. Glow and Pete are very accessible and place is really just simply —cute! Good vibes…nice light, plenty of windows which more than makes up for lack of central a/c. Both bedrooms had window a/c but we slept most nights w/ an open window to let in the ocean breeze ! Would return !

Cape cottage steps away from beach

Loved the cottage, very clean and nicely decorated. Had all the amenities needed and space for the family. Front porch was great for peaceful morning coffee before walk on the beach. Back deck with nice breeze and shade - nice for cookout on grill and very convenient outdoor enclosed shower for rinsing/showering after day at the beach. Popponesset is a such a wonderful community with lots to do for all ages (ocean beach, bay beach/spit, biking, community center with kid activities, kayaking, marketplace, fishing, etc.). Don't even have to leave the area to have fun and or relax for the week. Will be back again next year!!

Popponesset vacation

We spent two weeks at this great property and really enjoyed ourselves. Just the right size for a family of four. Well equipped kitchen with a gas grill. Comfortable beds with an A/C unit in queen bedroom. Great neighborhood for kids, bike riding to market and community center was fun. Everyone on the street was friendly, lots of kids around. Small back yard and deck was just right for lunch and dinner. Beach was nice, one minute walk from house was so easy. No big waves, safe for kids. Would highly recommend this property and the Popponesset area.

Lovely cottage steps from all the beaches!!!!

My family and I vacationed at the height of summer and had ultimately the best week ever staying at this wonderful little spot. Would gladly stay again and again forevermore. It was eve perfect size for our family of 4, and we could have hosted friends overnight easily on the pullout. Beautiful artistic touches around the place give it a much more genuine charm. The outdoor shower was an every day must. Beach down the street is easy to frolic and lounge at. The spit is just the best for sand fun, sea-life exploration, and family swim time. One thing- ants in the kitchen!! No food can be left out (#ripcheeseburger). 😅 We can’t wait to come back!!!

Great location!

We loved the location of the property but there were a few issues. The closet doors were falling off and we were concerned our children might touch them. While at first look the house was clean, it was dusty on lamps and under furniture which was a problem when the kids toys rolled underneath. Overall we were happy with the house and had a great time!

Lovely cottage by the sea

This lovely cottage is perfectly situated half a block from a private beach, which you have access to, and is a great jumping off point for day trips around the Cape. Peter and Gloria were were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Nice cottage close to the beach

Nice cottage. Very close to the beach. When we arrived after 3pm, the cleaning crew was still working on cleaning. The cottage has one window AC in the bedroom for the entire cottage, which can be uncomfortable during humid, hot days. Other than that, the cottage was clean with a great proximity to the beach.

Perfect Location near beautiful beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was exactly as advertised and was impeccably clean! We were a few feet away from a private beach and enjoyed the Front Porch and Back Deck. The owners stocked the home with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was awesome (something you learn to appreciate when you've een to other properties that don't have this). The owners were very good with their communications with us, which was most helpful. We would consider booking ths property again!
