The Space:

This 2-story townhome is as ideal for a couples retreat as it is a family vacation, surrounded by attractions and amenities that only the Oregon wilderness can offer. You’ll be within less than ½ mile to the Old Mill District, putting you within walking distance of shopping and dining along the scenic Deschutes River. Over the river, the Hayden Hills Amphitheater serves up live music and events set against the amazing views of the Cascade Range. The river itself is a destination for fun and adventure, with river tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding all exciting options. Pay a visit to the Historical Museum in downtown Bend, afterward staying to enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the local breweries and taprooms. For the outdoor enthusiasts among you, there are plenty of trailheads nearby for scenic hikes in and out of the Deschutes National Forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. The Lava River Cave and Newberry National Volcanic Monument allow you to get close to active volcanic areas, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.



Back at the home, you’ll find it easy to relax in the great room with leather sofa seating and a smart TV where you can stream all your favorites without missing a single episode. A nearby gas fireplace fills the room with warmth when needed on the cooler nights and months, with chair and ottoman seating providing the perfect reading nook. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and ample cabinet storage, with cookware and dining ware on hand for any of your mealtime objectives. Enjoy your meals gathered together at the formal dining room table with seating for 6. In the mornings, fire up the drip coffee maker and brew up a fresh cup to take out on the 2nd floor balcony or the 1st floor deck, relishing the views from the café tables with seating for 4. If you’re a master of barbeque, fire up the grill and cook up a delicious feast for the whole family.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed & ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity & walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed with a twin trundle, along with a workstation inclusive of desk and chair.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 Street parking in front of the home, 1 additional parking in the back of home.

- No garage access

- This home is equipped with an exterior security camera, monitoring the front door/entrance area.

- This home is pet friendly. There is an additional pet fee of $35 per pet, per night that will need to be collected after booking. Please contact us to add pets to your stay.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.



West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
