Guests have access to the entire main house with 3 bedrooms/ 2bathrooms and private deck. The resident below has a friendly dog that gets to enjoy the backyard, so you might see him from time to time.

The private primary suite is quiet and comfortable with access to the large deck. The second bedroom is also super comfortable with a queen bed and plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom with two bunkbeds is great for kids or young adults. There is also a sofa bed in the living room (the couch is comfortable as well!)

There is an apartment below the house with a full-time resident living there. We ask our guests to be respectful of the tenant and the neighbors and agree to the Quiet Hours from 10pm-7am
