The Space:

The main lodge features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

Secret Room — SPOILER ALERT!

The primary suite holds a fun surprise: behind a built-in bookshelf lies a hidden room with an additional queen bed. It’s a whimsical space that can accommodate two extra guests or serve as a cozy hideout for kids and the young at heart.



Just steps behind the main home, you’ll find a charming studio cabin with its own private entrance. This cozy retreat includes a queen bed, an electric fireplace, and a full bathroom with a luxurious double shower.



Guest Access:

🔑Guests will receive their keyless entry code and check-in instructions for the main house and the studio cabin via Airbnb messages & text the day prior to their check-in.



🏡Both the main house and the studio are available during your stay! The garage is used for storage and will not be accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to our charming mountain town neighborhood, where the pace is relaxed, and nature is your closest neighbor. Picture-perfect scenery, including roaming mule deer families, sets the stage for your getaway. Enjoy the winding roads and easy access to outdoor adventures. Your short-term escape awaits in this serene mountain retreat!



Getting Around:

The driveway has ample parking for 4 vehicles. Bring your bikes to ride the winding neighborhood lanes and you won't have to go far to escape the neighborhood. Local shops and eats are not more than a few minutes by car, but you will most likely want to use your car for going back and forth. The drive to Mt. Rainier National Park is only about 5 minutes by car (5 miles).

🦌The local deer population frequently walk through the front and back yards of the home. While enjoying the magic of their presence, we ask that you please maintain a respectful distance from them and thank you for your cooperation in keeping the wildlife safe and wild.



🔌Due to our rural location, We are not able to offer discounts or refunds due to WiFi and/or power outages.

Although outages are rare, they can happen and are usually brief.—but rest assured, the lodge is equipped with large Duracell battery backup, gas appliances, gas heating, and an ample supply of flashlights and lanterns to keep you comfortable during brief disruptions.



🌧️Weather & Cancellation Policy❄️

We do not offer refunds or reservation changes due to inclement weather or personal travel delays. The only exception is if a mandatory evacuation order is issued by the National Weather Service, the City of Ashford, or Pierce or Lewis County emergency services. If no mandatory evacuation is in place, all reservations remain non-refundable, even if guests choose to leave early or are unable to complete their stay.
