Perfect location and home for 6 adults with the right amount of space for our group. Lots of pretty artwork throughout the home and all the amenities we could need. Nice hot showers no issues with water.

The house is absolutely gorgeous: spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The outdoor area and pools were first class. The location is central enough to get to most places in a reasonable amount of time.There was no dishwasher, washer and dryer, or kettle. For a high-end property such as this, these should be standard.We appreciated that the water is solar heated, but we ran out of hot water for 4 people to take showers. The owners should look into the capacity of the solar heating system.The house is in a secure gated community, which is great. However, there needs to be a way for guests to let in rideshare drivers without having to walk six minutes to the gate. Having your own car is best, since a gate pass is available for it.Communication before the stay was great, but during the stay it was inconsistent, with delayed responses.

The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and back yard were great and we used it every day! The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We had great communication with the hosts and they were very attentive with all of our needs. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the property and would definitely stay here again. The property was comfortable and exactly as described. We had to communicate an AC issue and the response time was fantastic.The only thing we didn’t love was the key/lock situation. When part of our group went out we were essentially locked into the property. I would recommend leaving an extra set of keys so anyone staying behind has the flexibility to get out.

My wife and I were able to spend a long weekend in this home and had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was very clean, very well equipped, and the owner & property manager were very accommodating and communicated well. The home is close to everything, which was a big plus. We hope to be back next year.

We enjoyed our trip very much. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed and had fabulous temperature control. Spent many fun times by the pool. Only recommendation is to consider upgrading the pot and pans to match the level of luxury throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at The Coral. The house and yard/pool are beautiful, clean, roomy, in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, Carolina Beach, Old San Juan, and the grocery store. Hector treated us to some fabulous wine, left in the wine fridge - thank you so much! Any questions we had were promptly answered. We highly recommend this fantastic property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in San Juan.

Girls trip celebrating 50 th bda

Everything was absolutely lovely. The host was a prompt and kind communicator whenever we needed anything. Our vacation was perfect and having this beautiful house and pool as our homebase was the star of the trip.
