Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, 2BR 2B casita in a condo community. Two pools nearby, another just across the street on the E side. Although there were many windows, the inside often seemed dark and cold, due to the exposure. The unseasonably cold, even snowy weather, kept the heater often running, and we felt drafts at every window, door, even under the kitchen sink. Probably a better exposure for summer months. Unable to take advantage of large patio due to weather.Nice to be able to walk to a nearby shopping center for groceries, and we could drive to top local attractions. Modern decor with spectacular views.

Great Four Weeks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. We stayed for four weeks in October and loved it. Lots of good things to say: high ceilings provide spacious feel and no noise from above, large bedrooms with separation make it spacious for two couples, beds are comfortable, very clean and updated, outdoor patio large with good view of mountains to the north north, lots of towels and linen, pools are clean and well maintained, location in Ventana Canyon provides easy access foe hiking and cycling kitchen fairly well equipped. A few little things would make it even better: some new none stick fry pans and a sharp knife. Recommend if coming for long stay bring your own. Wifi was fairly slow dropped netflix etc. New router would help. TV was not working when we arrived but was fixed in a few days when we mentioned it. We were also provided wrong door code. After we called they provided correct code.

The views looking east were incredible with the mountains and beautiful sunrises. It was a good biking area and had 2 nice hikes nearby at Sabino and Ventana Canyon plus 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. Jeanine at property management was great and the price was right. This is my second year here, we plan on returning. Thanks

Great Place for 4 people

Extremely nice property. Worked very well for four people. Loved, loved, loved the view of the mountains. Very quiet neighborhood. I wish there would have been a small cooler at the condo to use for day trips in the car to keep water bottles cold, but other than that, it was perfectly equipped. A couple of minor issues were fixed the same day they were reported, and fixed very well. Did I mention how much we loved the view? Didn't have opportunity to use the pool, but it looked fantastic.

Property has a bed bugs infestation!

I had to leave this condo before my vacays ends because I was literally eaten by bed bugs! This place especially, the master bedroom, is infested with disgusting bed bugs. I had to go to the emergency room due to the horrible skin inflammation that these aggressive insects caused me. I had to run away from the place and informed the owner that her place was infested. She refunded my money; however, I never was refunded the $350 of administration fees that VRBO charged me. So during my vacation in the desert, I spent days itching like crazy without knowing what was happening and then I had to pick up my stuff, get a hotel, and go to the doctor. I ended completely eating by this pest, stressed out, and spending a lot of money in the emergency room. I also read that bed bug infestation takes months to eradicate. Just praying that I did not bring it to my house with me. I do not recommend this place at all.

More of a patio home than a condo. Sitting out back to start the day in the desert with a cup of coffee and end it with a glass of wine was was soooooo relaxing. The amenities (3 pools, jacuzzis, gym, etc.) completed the true resort experience. Thumbs up all around. We will be back.

We especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the Family/Dining room, the large patio, the heated pool a short walk away & the awesome view of the mountains. We had no troubles at all, just a relaxing time.

I would recommend the area and the facility to my friends.The casita was lovely. It had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was conveniently located. There were grocery stores, pharmacies, golfing and Sabiono Canyon within close proximity to the facilities.There were two issues that need to be resolved for the next vacationers: 1) the internet was disabled and not working as promised in the rental agreement. The message at login was the service was shut off because of non-payment. 2) The floors were extremely dirty and need a thorough deep cleaning. Also, the dryer took an extraordinary long time to dry clothes so it may need to be looked at by a service professional.
