Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Greens at Ventana Canyon und grenzt an den wunderschönen Golfplatz Ventana Canyon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer kann entweder als Kingsize-Bett oder als zwei Einzelbetten konfiguriert werden. Diese Wohnung wurde für die Nutzung durch die Eigentümer aufgewertet, so dass alles mit Sorgfalt gemacht wird. Es verfügt über wunderschöne Doppelglasfenster, die Lärm reduzieren und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Catalina-Berge bieten. Es ist durchgehend gefliest, um das Risiko von Problemen mit Haustieren zu minimieren, und es wird sorgfältig gereinigt. Unsere Wohnung ist nur eine kurze 9-minütige Fahrt von Sabino Canyon Wanderwegen. Wir sind nicht vor Ort, aber wir haben einen lokalen Hausmeister, wenn Sie irgendwelche Probleme haben. Very nice property in a great location.

The property was very nice and in an excellent location. The condo was well taken care of and stocked with many amenities. The view on the patio was great. The property manager did a great job with communication .The beds were comfortable and it was just an overall wonderful stay.

Clean, convenient condo with an excellent view of the Catalina foothills

Enjoy our stay at this two bedroom condo. The owner was easy to communicate with and had everything incredibly arranged and well stocked for our stay. The location is quiet and convenient to go on hikes and other events in northern Tucson. We would have no trouble staying in this unit again as it was very enjoyable

Such a comfortable and beautiful condo stocked with everything you need for your stay. The host has supplied so much to enhance your stay. All you need is groceries from the Basha grocery store minutes from your condo. Would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again!!

Excellent Stay

Place was amazing, clean, new appliances, plenty of room for everyone. Had all the necessary items in the kitchen that I felt like I was at home. Ken was so kind on helping us out on the hiking trails, stores near by and we are going to reserve the place for next year.

U of A drop off

We came to town to drop off our son who is attending U of A. The host was wonderful with his communication from the time we booked till the day we left. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you needed. You could tell it was well thought out. All the amenities and then some

Even before our arrival, our host contacted us with check in details, suggestions for local restaurants and to tell us we didn’t need to stop and buy supplies since they were probably already there. Boy was he right. We had everything from toiletries to zip lock baggies to laundry detergent and even mailing tape. The property book answered every question we might have had and each switch was labeled and easy to operate. Could not have asked for a better host and would highly recommend for a quiet, enjoyable vacation stay.

What a great place to stay

Wonderful stay in comfy condo

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. The owners have spoiled us with all the luxery items and abundant electronic outlets. This was one of the most comfortable rentals in a quiet location with fantastic mountain views. We enjoyed birdwatching on the patio every morning. Condo is a very clean, well-stocked with kitchen cooking supplies, bathroom amenities, and quality linens. We enjoyed the high-end kitchen appliances. We used the small Coleman cooler for day trips. Loved the large TVs in living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have comfy beds with ceiling fans. Pool and spa was so nice after a busy day. The owners emailed us helpful info ahead of time including activities and restaurant recommendations. Owners very responsive when we had questions. Thank you for letting us use your luxury condo. We will definitely stay here again.

Above and beyond our expectations!

The rental was perfect . Clean , very organized , owners have been very thoughtful in the planning of this property. We were hesitant to rent as it’s a downstairs condo and we like our sleep . Very quiet neighborhood and we had no noise issues . Close to stores and restaurants. The owner communicated very quickly to all our questions and concerns from the beginning all the way to the time we left . Very respectful, understanding and accommodating. We travel often to various places and we wish every place we rent was like this one . We would definitely rent here again if in the area .

We had planned to spend most of the winter here, but we really enjoy traveling and like to rent this condo to offset some of our expense. We have a local caretaker who is extremely meticulous. We will both work very hard to ensure that you have a wonderful stay.

My wife and I have been traveling to Tucson for 24 years and fell in love with the sunshine, the adventure and the magnificent views. This home lies on the northern end of Tucson, in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Being in the foothills allows us to enjoy the Desert hikes, breathtaking vistas, along with Ventana Canyon, a private club with ten lighted tennis courts, a 600-acre golf course, and a full spa. Our adult children enjoy the hundreds of miles of bike trails that are just minutes from our front door. As night falls, we often head into Tucson to enjoy the food at Tucson's many bars, cafes, and local restaurants.
