The Space:

Welcome to your charming cabin retreat with a picturesque pond view! This furnished short-term rental offers easy access, all on one floor, with no steps required to enter.



Step inside to discover a cozy private bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and ample storage space in the closet. In the main living area, unwind on the queen sofa sleeper couch or gather around the dining space for meals prepared in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need (minus a dishwasher).



Freshen up in the full bathroom, complete with laundry services for your convenience.



A private entryway welcomes you, while an exterior door leads to a covered patio where you can relax and enjoy tranquil views of the pond year round.



Rest assured, the owner's storage garage is attached but completely separate at the entryway, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.



Escape to this idyllic cabin retreat for a peaceful getaway amidst nature's beauty. The yard is an experience of its own with pond views, a horseshoe pit, outdoor bar, covered "she shed" sitting area, two outdoor firepits, and an outdoor grill.



In the summer, you are welcome to swim in the pond and we have two kayaks for our guests use, by request only.

Welcome to your private sanctuary at our home! As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire cabin unit, offering one bedroom, a full bathroom with laundry services, and a living and dining area with a convenient kitchen. Your privacy is paramount, ensured by a secured door that separates the main garage and the rental unit.



Feel free to make use of the expansive yard, but kindly tidy up after yourselves and dispose of any garbage properly.



While our pond is a delightful feature for viewing and swimming, we kindly request that guests refrain from fishing to preserve the ecosystem and respect its serenity. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the tranquility and integrity of our property.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the country. The rental is located on a pristine, well-kept 8 acres.



Getting Around:

Because this property is located in the country, the only way to get around would be to have your own form of transportation.



Other Things to Note:

You may explore the entire yard as you please. If you spend time hanging outside with your group, please be respectful to homeowners, other guests, and neighbors. Always cleaning up behind yourselves and keeping noise at a reasonable level.



Our property includes the area from the entrance of the driveway to the forest at the back of the home. From the row of pine trees on the right side of our property to the bridge and gravel parking area on the left side of our property. Please do not explore areas beyond these points.



Interaction with Guests:

Bob and Shelly, your hosts, reside in the upper level of the main home. While they may occasionally be heard working or spotted in the yard, they strive to maintain your privacy and ensure a tranquil stay. However, they're always open to friendly interactions if guests feel inclined to engage. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere for your getaway.
