ABOUT THIS SPACE

Rustic Ridge is a new (built 2023), 2,400-square-foot cabin on its own private, wooded acre in the Bear Mountains — fifteen minutes from Pigeon Forge, but far enough to feel like the mountain belongs to you alone. Two levels of wraparound decks wrap the home in views from nearly every window.

The great room pairs soaring wood ceilings and a mixed-wood accent wall with a sleek electric fireplace and glass doors straight onto the deck. Sink into the blue leather sofas with the Smokies stacked in the background — the view does the decorating.

The kitchen is the real deal: a full-size induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer with a built-in water and ice dispenser. A granite island seats four, and the live-edge dining table under an iron chandelier seats six more — plus an outdoor table for six under the covered deck.

Downstairs, the epic game room is the showpiece: a slate pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a two-player rustic arcade console under a mountain-mural wall, with a stocked bar for the nightcap after the last round. Upstairs, a professional poker table anchors the loft beside a forest-view desk for anyone who has to sneak in a little work.

Four bedrooms sleep ten across 2 king beds, a queen, a queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunks — three of the four open into their own private en suite. The main-floor primary is easiest to reach, with a spa-style walk-in shower and dual shower heads. Every room has its own Smart TV, so nobody`s negotiating over the remote.

Outside, a private hot tub runs 24 hours year-round with an unobstructed ridgeline view, a gas fire pit seats four, Adirondack rockers line the deck, and a charcoal grill covers dinner duty. A stocked Keurig station with K-cups, teas, and hot chocolate keeps the first cup close, and an in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light.

Old Mill Square & Ole Smoky Distillery (~20 min) — moonshine tastings at an 1830s gristmill. Titanic Museum Attraction (~20 min) — the half-scale ship replica. Ripley`s Aquarium of the Smokies (~25 min) — sharks and a glass tunnel walk. Downtown Gatlinburg (~25 min) — taffy shops, the Space Needle, and the park trailhead. WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

GUEST ACCESS

You`ll have sole access to the entire cabin — all four bedrooms, both decks, the game room, and the private hot tub. Check-in is self-service via keypad, so there`s no lockbox hunt and no waiting on a host in the driveway. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM. The main floor, including the primary suite, kitchen, and living area, is reachable without stairs from the parking area.

PARKING

Free driveway parking for up to five vehicles is included right at the cabin — flat, paved, and level,. It`s a short, easy walk from the parking area to the front door.

HOUSE RULES

We want Rustic Ridge to feel like home away from home, so here`s what keeps it that way for the next family through the door. Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM, gives our cleaning team time to reset. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Dogs are welcome — please supervise them around the fire pit and hot tub and never leave them alone inside. This is a peaceful mountain neighborhood, so we ask for quiet hours overnight. Smoke and CO alarms are installed throughout; please don`t disable them. No smoking inside the cabin — the decks are the place for that. Treat the game room, hot tub, and kitchen with the same care you`d want in your own home.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the property.

Charcoal/gas grills are not allowed within 20 feet of the house structure. Charcoal/gas grills are not allowed on the decks. These are county ordinances.

Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Children should never use the hot tub with out parent/adult supervision. Pregnant women or folks with certain medical issues should avoid the hot tub.

Children should not be on the decks without parent/adult supervision.

If anything is found broken or not working or breaks or begins to not work during your stay, please tell me right away. I`ll do everything I can to repair or replace the broken item ASAP. My goal is to provide you with your best possible experience. This is easier to do when everything is working as it should. If I don`t learn about something until after you check out I can`t help make your stay the best it can be!
