Amazing View & Dolleywood, Pet Friendly Cabin

Cabin Marvel looks over the Smokies and has over 1000 sq feet of deck that overlooks the Smoky Mountains.

This 2-story luxury cabin features top amenities and offers breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains and Mtn LeConte. We are "disclosed" dog friendly (with pet fee $95 per pet), $500 fine will be charge for each unauthorized dog. Proof doucmentarion needed for service animals.

Cabin Marvel is located in 2 miles behind Dollywood and just 4 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, 5 miles from entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and just minutes from The Island and all the attractions, dining & shopping that Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg Tennessee have to offer.

As you enter the main level, you'll find and a large living area offers a stone fireplace, 65 inch smart HDTV. From the living room and dining area you will have doors to the large wrap around deck that you will see the amazing views of Mtn Leconte. On the upper deck you will find a gas BBQ grill and all the amenities you need to enjoy a cookout overlook the breathtaking Smoky Mountains. There is a fully equipped, stainless kitchen with a bar that seats four. For safety concern, the propane tanks are provided to our guests to fill up how much they need during their stay.

Relax and enjoy the gorgeous view through the large glass windows, which stay connected with complimentary high speed Wifi internet (300 Mbps). Down the hallway is a full guest bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, daybed wirh trundle (fit up to 6 feet adults), a large 50 inch HDTV, and views of Mtn LeConte.

The spacious deck offers plenty of seating, a table with chairs, fire pit and grill on the top deck and a soothing hot tub on the bottom deck where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The lower level cabin offers a huge entertainment area, with a pool table, arcade game and tv. Also on this level you have the large master bedroom with king bed and seating area overlooking the incredible view with a door leading to the large deck with the hot tub. The downstairs bathroom has a large open walk-in shower with shower head, body spays and rain fall.

With all the top amenities, the incredible views, gorgeous sunsets, spacious interior and just minutes to all the area attractions, this is the perfect cabin for a family vacation and friend gathering.

**Pet Policy**

- We are a pet friendly cabin. Non refundable $95 fee PER PET. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- If the cabin is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furniture.
