We’re just a short hop from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, which makes getting here super easy—and plane-watching from the backyard can be a fun surprise especially for the littles! From time to time, depending on the flight path, you may see and hear some daytime air traffic. It’s brief, but we like to give our guests a heads-up just in case you're extra sensitive to sound.

Please make yourself at home and enjoy the garage game room, screened lanai, fenced yard and sparkling heated saltwater pool - we love sharing these spaces with our guests! You'll also have free driveway parking for up to 4 cars, and easy self-check-in with our smart lock making arrival a breeze.

For your comfort and safety, a few small closets are kept locked during your stay. These simply hold cleaning supplies, and we keep them secured to ensure everything stays safe (especially for the little ones). Everything you need for a wonderful visit will always be open and ready for you

This home is perfectly located for easy travel around the Sarasota, Bradenton and nearby beach destinations, with incredible easy access to the Sarasota International Airport at just 3 miles away- seriously a hop skip and a jump from the airport! Most top attractions are just a short drive away, making ride share services, rental cars, or your own vehicle the best options for getting around. Free parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Need a ride? Uber & Lyft are widely available. And be sure to check out the open air trolleys and fun bus options on the islands. Bring Fido Along! We love welcoming pups! Our home sits right across from a dog park — perfect for playtime. One friendly dog is welcome with a $200 pet fee, and a second may be considered for an additional fee (some breeds restricted by insurance). Dog must be fully house trained. Please provide proof of rabies vaccination and flea/tick prevention. We provide a crate (24"x36"), bowls, mats, and a leash. Pups must be crated when left alone and at night, kept off furniture and out of the pool, and cleaned up after. Guests are responsible for any pet damage or extra cleaning.

For your peace of mind: Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only and are located at the front door, garage, and pool gates.

After booking, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This simple step helps to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, insurance policies, ensures everything is perfectly prepared for your visit as well as provides both our guests, our community and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
