We’re so excited to host you and hope your stay is relaxing, sunny, and full of beautiful memories.

To help keep our home peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, please note the following:
• No smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home, garage, or lanai.
• 10 guests total. No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property (insurance requirement).
• Rental agreement, pre-arrival form, and Truvi guest verification must be completed before arrival (insurance requirement).
• Located in a residential, multigenerational neighborhood — please keep noise respectful day and night.
• We are located near SRQ Airport, so occasional airplane noise may be heard.
• The home is professionally cleaned between guests.
• Travel insurance is recommended.
• Exterior security cameras are located only at entry points (front door, garage, and pool gates).

Our Tropical Environment
Florida’s sunshine brings beautiful nature! The property receives regular professional pest control, but occasionally a small outdoor critter may try to say hello. Keeping doors and windows closed helps keep them outside.

Our saltwater pool is professionally serviced twice weekly. Because the pool is uncaged, occasional leaves or debris from nearby trees may fall in. A skimmer net is provided if needed. Minor pest sightings or natural debris in the pool are part of our tropical environment and are not eligible for refunds.

Amenities
Occasionally furnishings or amenities may need repair or replacement due to normal wear or unexpected maintenance. We always do our very best to restore the home to listed conditions and will communicate with guests if anything changes.

Dog
One fully house-trained small dog may be allowed with prior approval ($200 fee). A second may be considered for an additional fee.

Dog must:
• be fully house-trained, no puppies please
• be crated when left alone
• stay off furniture
• not enter the pool
Proof of flea/tick prevention required. We provide a crate, bowls, mats, and a leash.
Cats and other pets are not permitted.
