Die Terrasse und der Pool sind mit Blick auf den ruhigen und privaten Bach. Dieses Ferienhaus ist nur wenige Minuten vom Fluss-Viertel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sowie Kunstgalerien und Theater. Das Haus ist 17 Meilen zum Fort Myers Beach und einfache Fahrt zu den vorgelagerten Inseln Sanibel, Captiva.
Das neu renovierte Haus ist komplett für Familienstil Versammlungen ausgestattet mit Edelstahl-Küche, Bartresen, Fliesenboden und Granit im gesamten Haus. King-Size-Bett im Master mit voller suite und übergroße Dusche und Kleiderschrank Kalifornien.
Feuerstelle im Freien und übergroße .40 acre auf Sackgasse für Ruhe und Spaß Zeit mit der Familie.

Perfect getaway

Stayed here with my sister for a long weekend girls trip and had the perfect time. Comfortable beds, great pool/lanai, quiet neighborhood close to amenities, and a host who went above and beyond to offer anything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Amie and her family were a delight to host over the holiday. They were so pleasant and easy to work with and left the home in excellent condition. We would love to have them every Holiday! We had a cold front here and Amie was just so happy to have time with her family and luckily it warmed so they could enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Hi Terry, Welcome 2024! We resurfaced our pool, added a new "Quiet pump" and have not had any raccoon run ins at the new metal cans! We would love to have our best guest back again and again and wanted to be sure to welcome you if you have some time to spend. Downtown is hopping with art fair and music fair and shows going on. This is a great home to stay in for the area. The entire home is in great condition and the pool and hot tub are a very nice feature to have. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You simply can't go wrong renting this house for a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay

The property is very nice and easily accessible. Deb and Richard make sure your stay is the best. Even though they were out of town, they made sure a friend was available to assist us with the hot tob. Merf was wonderful and very responsive. Great overall experience.

Wonderful warm stay

We truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool area! So much seating and lounging. The owners were VERY responsive and even gave us tips on places to eat. The kitchen is well appointed. The house was in great condition considering the hurricane that came through months before.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Deb and Rich could not have been more accommodating - we spent plenty of time poolside and in the hot tub, the backyard is to die for. We travelled with family where we each rented our pin place, and this was by far the nicest. We recommend this home 1000% and definitely will rent again!

This was a beautiful vacation home. Everything we needed plus more!! The pool area was awesome! Deb and Rich were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you for your gift of wine for our long overdue honeymoon! We recommend this home, and we will definitely be visiting again!!

We rented this home our first year of purchase prior to taking the plunge to North Fort Myers from NYC. After 3 years of updating the back yard to make it extra special, we moved on to our next home in cape Coral. This home in a non gated community providing privacy, peace and tranquility. It sits on a cult a sac on a private golf course that is non operating while the Rio golf and marina are 3 minutes by walking , We have wonderful neighbors, plenty of yard space and easy access to all of Cape coral, Naples, Marco Island, downtown Fort Myers Beaches, airports and Dining . Even take a ride to Charlotte or Punta Gorda to explore all that Florida has to offer. Pool is heated upon request and hot tub can be cold spa or hot spa with jets for relaxation. BBQ and plenty of cooking equipment fit for a chef ! Great beverage refrigerator to keep cases of cold drinks & wine cooler ready to stock! Home is a great place to office and work with a desk, and a view! Stay short or long and enjoy your time in summer all year!
