Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

Very comfortable and clean for our family. Simple access to beach or bay. The rental included almost anything you would want to bring to the beach. A hot tub for the evenings, or just hanging around playing games or cards. AC kept the place cool throughout.

Perfect Place to Stay
It was clean and had a nice decor. The bedrooms were spacious and had TVs. All of the bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. The living room was spacious with a large TV and had an open kitchen fully equipped. You are steps to the beach and bay. You won’t be disappointed.

Mission Bay Gem
We were family of 6 with two small kids. The property was perfect for our long weekend visit to San Diego. The living space is open floor plan kitchen and family room. The bathrooms are all very clean and new. The location was great for walks on both the ocean and bay sides. There are several great places to eat within easy walking distance like Rosemaries for sliders and Mission Baja tacos. Coasters down by the Boardwalk has great BBQ.
