Donna, thank you for sharing your beautiful and well-stocked beach house with us. It was perfect for what we needed, and we had a wonderful time while there.For anyone considering this house, you will not be disappointed. It is immaculate, comfortable, and almost keeps itself clean. The furnishings, flooring and decorations are beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and a 2 year old and new baby. I always like to know the "lay of the land", so here is my take, if you are interested. There are 3 levels: 1) street level parking underneath the condo with an entrance to the laundry room and shoe foyer and a 2nd entrance across the foyer to the street / front of the house, 2) living room, kitchen and patio with fire table on 2nd level, and 3) 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd level. There are lots of stairs, but it was very doable.The upstairs bedrooms are quite roomy. The electric fireplace in the living room was very nice for cooler evenings and watching movies together on the big, comfy couch. We loved spending time on the patio with the fire table, just outside the living room glass doors. The additional patio is down a set of stairs from this patio, to street level, and out the gate, left to the beach and right to the bay.Anyway, thank you again for a wonderful home away from home. We were so happy with our choice.
