We wish that you had reported these issues at check in and we would have gladly have corrected them as soon as we heard. The bicycles are provided at the property as a convenience for guests. While they are not a guaranteed amenity, we appreciate you bringing their condition and sizing to our attention, and we will certainly pass that information along to the owner for consideration. Had we known of any cleaning issues upon your arrival, and/or during your stay, we would have had the cleaner come back out and address your concerns.
