Schöne freistehende Villa auf einem großzügigen, ruhigen, ummauerten und sicheren Grundstück von 1000 qm. Alles auf einer Ebene, gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche (Herd, Grill, Mikrowelle, Kühl / Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine). Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 2 Zweibettzimmer, Bad und Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Einbauschränke, Kommode und elektrische Ventilatoren.
Die Villa verfügt über einen privaten Swimmingpool, Seite Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen (mit großem Sonnenschirm), sowie ein Essbereich unter der Pagode und ein BBQ. Die Veranda bietet einen schattigen Platz, um während des Tages zu sitzen, Blick auf den Pool, und es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse.

We had a fantastic time for a week in August. Villa is lovely and spacious very clean and well maintained has everything you need. The pool is amazing you can walk half way before it becomes deep. We hired a car and went to different restaurants all lovely although a 5 min walk takes you to a few bars and restaurants which were all good. The owners were really helpful and the lady who met us Wendy was really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend lovely peaceful area for fab relaxing holiday.

Perfect

We all really enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we were expecting if anything it was much better. A beautiful pool area where we spent most of our time. Property managers and owners were very helpful and approachable. The villa was spacious and clean with everything you need on your doprstep including groceries, dinner, bars and more. We all highly recommend!

This place is amazing.!!!!! Arrived in Spain 4 hours before we could check into villa,called Wendy from airport and because the family before us had a early flight out,she said we could come straight away.The villa itself is huge,the pool is big,and the neighbourhood very well kept.Paul the owner messaged me a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.We all had a amazing holiday there,Hopefully we will be back 5 stars ⭐️

Perfect accomodation, great stay

We stayed at the villa this summer and are very enthusiastic. Both inside and outside areas were amazing. The premises are ideal for two families with children and dogs. The property is very large and in a quiet local area. Nevertheless, there are many very nice bars within a few minutes' walk. By car you can quickly reach shops or shopping malls. The contact with the owner Paul was super friendly and amicable at all times and the handling and on-site help with the Manager in Torrevieja was perfect! We would love to come back anytime! Beautiful villa for a family holiday!

The villa is exactly how you see online in the photographs, it is absolutely beautiful! It is in a very quiet and secluded location perfect for a relaxing week away. We were returning to Torrevieja as a family after over 20 years and this was the perfect place to relive our childhood memories! In our opinion you would need transport to explore the local area as the amenities are a little further than walking distance but this was what we had planned for anyway. The outside space is beautiful the pool is excellent and the outside seating area has shade and sun which is perfect for spending time outside. Internally it has all the amenities you need, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking facilities etc. all in excellent condition it has everything you need as a home from home! Just down the road are some restaurants which we tried out, all of which were lovely with delicious food! We would definitely love to return in the future!

The rain in Spain....

Arriving on Sunday was fine and Jill and Paul kindly agreed to meet us earlier than previously arranged so we could get in and organised. They had provided our food package and were helpful showing us around and detailing what did what etc. The first couple of days the sun shone and we centred on the pool and garden. This was ideal. The pool was large and you could swim. In the evening we sat out under the shade eating and chatting. However, the rains came in the evening and stayed for 2 days which broke up our plans. But the rain continued. The pool was unusable and rose to the edge of the tiles! To cap it all there was a flood locally. The roads were closed and we were unable to go beyond the estate the house is in. Forcing 7 of us to share the house was hard work. Our final full day was not how we had envisaged it. The pool was unusable as it was still flooded. The rain came in showers. We were advised not to use the roof terrace which was a pity. We had to fall back on the house which could use some general updating.

Hi Richard, well unfortunately you arrived just in time for the worst storms the area had experienced in 27 years.. where, as you say, many areas and properties were flooded and many injured too! Unfortunately we don't have any control over this, however there was nothing to stop you using the pool even if the torrential rain that apparently fell in places caused it to overflow ! And yes using the roof terrace would not have been advisable for safety reasons while so wet. Anyway we are glad our managers looked after you well and we would be very grateful if you would take the time to fill in the feedback form I sent you to help us with any suggestions to improve facilities for future guests. In the lasts two years we have totally replaced bathrooms, all the beds, added a new dishwasher and when I left the property in April everything was in good working order. If there was anything unsatisfactory at the time of your stay you were clearly told that our managers would do all they could to put anything right for you. The villa is predominantly designed for outside space and living but it's very unfair of you to not be completely objective about our property because of bad luck with the weather.

Wonderful, relaxed oasis

We are just back from a week at La Casa Del Sol. We took our two foster children, aged 9 & 10, and our son, who is 14. The younger children had never been abroad before, so we were quite worried about how they would cope with Spain. It turned out to be the best holiday we have had with them. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and grounds were amazing. We reckon the children were in the pool for about six hours most days! There was plenty to do in the area - we hired a car and went into Torrevieja several times in the evenings, we also drove to Calla Cortina and Guardamar del Segura beaches, which were lovely in different ways. Calla Cortina for snorkelling, jumping off rocks etc and Guardamar for the incredibly warm sea and soft sand. We also visited Aquaopolis water park which we thought was good value for money, although when you've got a pool at home…..not sure we really needed to go there. The villa itself was very clean - spotless in fact. Paul, the manager was an excellent guide. We were very pleased we'd arranged for him to pick us up at the airport as he gave us loads of tips about places to eat and visit. He was also helpful with getting us to the car hire office and was always on time and very polite. We felt we could have approached him with any problems which arose - luckily there weren't any. We thoroughly recommend the villa to anybody considering it. We all felt we could escape and find our on space when we needed to, but the communal areas were lovely too. The jewel in the crown is the pool - absolute bliss and really well maintained.

Family visit to la casa del sol

La Casa Del Sol was a good home base for a visit to family in the area. Paul was an excellent host, with the help of his house manager Wendy, and he was extremely communicative and helpful with questions ahead of our stay. The villa had just the right amount of space for our group and was furnished as described in the listing.

Lovely villa

Villa was stunning, the check in process with the villa manager Wendy was quick and easy. Everything was explained clearly and we were left to our holiday. The villa was like a tardis with room for 8 seating areas all around and the pool was lovely if a bit chilly but hey it is March and the weather was shocking all week but in no way taken away from a lovely private gated villa. We would definitely stay again. 5*

Secluded and private getaway

Relaxing break away in superb surroundings & sunshine

The villa is impressive; beautiful gardens, huge pool, great terraces to eat, sunbathe and relax. The facilities inside are just as impressive with 4 spacious bedrooms with adequate storage, comfy beds and also blinds to keep mid day sun out. Kitchen/dining area well stocked with appliances and vast amounts of crockery and cooking utilities. Local bars and restaurants very welcoming and relatively cheap! Nightly music as well.....we will be returning.

We live in Bedfordshire UK, in a small semi rural cottage.. Theres just three of us Paul, Helen and our daughter Kaida.. the picture here is us all scuba diving down at Calle Cortina one of our favourite beaches to visit when we stay at the Villa.

The villa was bought by Helens dad Jim back in 1995 and we now rent the villa out to enable us to keep our special place..
