There are 2 properties behind the beautiful gate; the main home and the garage with a loft.



The main house features a main floor primary bedroom with a king bed. There is also a hall washroom with a shower for this bedroom.

The second floor of the main house offers a luxurious primary bedroom oasis with a king bed, sitting room, huge walk in closet and huge washroom with a tub and a shower. There is also an expansive balcony overlooking the backyard and water.

There are 2 additional bedrooms at the front of the house, each with their own private ensuite washrooms. One bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both have walk in closets, smart TVs, and balconies.



The loft features 2 queen beds, laundry and a full washroom.

The pool is set at a refreshing temperature of 80°, with an option to upgrade to 90°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day.

🚭 Smoke-Free Environment:

This is a 100% smoke-free home. To cover the cost of professional ozone treatment and restoration, a $1,000 fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.



🎉 Neighborhood Peace:

We love our neighbors and uphold a strict No Party/Gathering policy. Unauthorized parties result in a $1,000 penalty and immediate cancellation without refund.



🔇 Quiet Hours:

Please help us maintain the peace between 9 PM and 9 AM. Excessive noise after a warning results in a $250 fine.



👥🐶Guest & Pet Accuracy:

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on-site ($50/night for undisclosed guests).

Standard Pet Fee: A non-refundable $269 fee is required for all stays with a pet to cover specialized cleaning. Pets need to be approved in advance, and have a weight limit of 20lbs.

While we love animals, undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine.



📹 Security & Safety:

For your protection, do not tamper with exterior security cameras, smoke/CO detectors, or noise sensors. Tampering results in a $500 fine and potential removal.



🕒 Earl Check-In / Late Check-Out

Available if requested in advance (based on availability): $50/hour

Unauthorized early check-ins / late check-outs: $100/hour



🤝 Booking = Agreement

You agree to treat this space with care and book in good faith. We strive for a 5-star experience and ask for respectful, direct communication to resolve any issues during your stay. We believe in hosting in good faith and ask the same of our guests.



Primary guest age requirement to be at least 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 25 for the entire duration of the stay.



No commercial or business activities are permitted by renter or their guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire gated property. This includes the main house, the separate loft apartment, the full backyard, the private heated pool, and the hot tub.

For your convenience, the driveway gate is secured in the open position to allow for easy entry and exit throughout your stay.

We can also assist in arranging local experiences, such as private boat charters, for an unforgettable time on the water (additional fees apply). Adventure awaits!



We’re located in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with multi-million dollar mansions and take our noise policy very seriously. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and this must be respected at all times. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate action, including possible cancellation of your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
