Erstklassige Strandlage

There is a new house under construction behind my property. The construction is 85% complete fully framed. Construction was suppose to be completed by June 2026 There is some small intermittent noise but should not be overly invasive as the house is fully framed. I have had several guests during the past 6 months who have not complained. I have also priced the property at a discount to account for any noise. I did offer the guest a full refund the day of the complaint. They decided to remain in the property inspite of the inconvenience.

Nichita and her family were the perfect guests. FYI They left the property in immaculate condition. Look forward to hosting them again. Kerry

I really don't need to explain these accusations as my record and references over 5 years with VRBO speaks for itself. I am a Premier Host with almost a 100% positive reviews from over 200 guests. I will however set the record straight. Access instructions were sent via the VRBO platform a few days prior to the guest arrival date. Not sure why they claim otherwise. Air conditioning was not listed as an amenity in the property description format. The guest should have understood that in advance. I received a call upon their arrival claiming the entire house was infested with ants. I instructed the guest to use some ant spray available at the property or go to a hardware store located close by to obtain some traps. They became very agitated and decided to leave immediately. I stopped by the property a few hours later expecting to see an ant invasion. I did not see one ant. I acknowledge their were some ants visible in one of the bathrooms, however, they were gone when I inspected the property. It was a very warm day and ants were probably hunting for water near the sink area. This is not an uncommon occurrence, especially on warm days. The guest completely over reacted to an issue that could have been easily remediated. Although I didn't have to - I granted the guest a 50% reimbursement for their inconvenience. I'm sure they are nice people, but they let their emotions get the best of them. I would be careful as a host in the future and make sure all is understood.
