About this space
“Hello Summer” is our fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath oasis in the heart of the Quiet Resort, Bethany Beach. A short walk to the sand, ocean, park, boardwalk and many restaurants and activities. Don’t feel like walking, the trolley stop sits conveniently across from our house.

The beautiful kitchen is stocked and ready for you to enjoy. The open floor plan lends itself to a fun yet cozy gathering space to take in a movie or have a game night. Relax, enjoy and make yourself at home.
The space
The entire home is renovated top to bottom. The beautiful custom kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking needs. Custom made white oak cabinetry with white quartz countertops and brand new appliances will entice you to cook a few nights. It boasts a large built in pantry, hidden microwave and a coffee cabinet. A window bench houses kitchen items in the drawers and a spot to relax and gather. The unique scallop island lends itself to food prep, buffet setting or hang out .

Across from the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer and the powder room.

The dining area has a farm table suitable for 6 along with 4 stools at the breakfast bar to accommodate all guests.

The living area has plenty of seating and a large tv for your viewing pleasure. Sliding glass doors lead to the furnished deck and back yard.

The primary bedroom en-suite includes a brand new king mattress, tv, wicker sofa and a balcony. Black out curtains provide a good night sleep.

The second bedroom is boho styled haven with queen bed and woven shades.

The third bedroom offers 2 twin bunk beds to sleep 4. They are built sturdy to accommodate kids, teens or adults.

The hall bath offers a surf feel with a tub for the little ones.

Safety:
*Please note there are steps to enter the home and all bedrooms are on second floor. This might pose challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs.
*The complex consists of 5 units. Please be considerate of noise.

Guest Access:
*A code will be provided for entry
*Guests will have access to the entire home except the owners closet downstairs.
*The beach is guarded during the summer months.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

*All guests will be required to provide a valid ID that matches the name of the person on the reservation and a “selfie”. Check in information will not be granted until that is received.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on the premises.
