Diese charmante 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Entspannen Sie auf der überdachten Terrasse oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Privatstrand. Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Es befindet sich in einer malerischen Gemeinde in einem Gebäude, das nur von 3 anderen Einheiten geteilt wird. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist hell und luftig und das Familienzimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa in voller Größe und bequemen Stühlen zum Entspannen. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett.

Der überdachte Balkon ist perfekt, um ein Familienessen zu genießen oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Es verfügt über einen Tisch, Stühle und Blick auf den Strand. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche und ein separates Fußbad. Das Parken ist unter der Einheit für ein Auto und in der Einfahrt ist Platz für ein anderes Auto. Mike's Fish Camp ist ein Restaurant am Ende der Straße (sehr praktisch) - es serviert Mittag- und Abendessen.

Das Green Dolphin ist nur drei Häuser vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen bequemen und schnellen Zugang zum Privatstrand. Die großartige Lage bietet schnellen Zugang zur Innenstadt von Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey oder Ocean City. Es ist nah genug, um all die Aufregung zu genießen, aber weit genug entfernt, um etwas Ruhe und Frieden zu genießen.

Angrenzend an unseren Strand befindet sich ein Staatsstrand, an dem Fahrzeuge am Strand fahren und direkt am Strand angeln können. Es gibt jede Menge Aktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder, nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Es gibt mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit einer Entfernung von 5-10 Meilen. Vergessen Sie nicht die fantastischen Outlet-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Rehobeth und die niedlichen Strandläden in der Nähe der Bethany Boardwalk!

Can’t be beat!

Perfect spot to stay with 2 younger kids - 1 minute walk to the private, less crowded beach which allowed us to easily leave for lunch or snacks back at the house without having to pack everything up - quiet neighborhood but still only a short drive to both boardwalks. Easy communication with the host and a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor deck for cocktails at night. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our family. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and in very good condition. The covered porch is a great extra for just relaxing or for meals, and especially in case of rainy weather. During our stay two of the other three units were occupied by the friendly owners - the whole neighborhood is a very friendly place. And the house is less than a minute walk to the beach (and the beach had plenty of space to spread out safely in this time of social distancing). Thanks Erin, we hope to return this Fall!

Nice stay close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s property. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach. The balcony area is bigger than it looked in pictures which was great for playing board games outside. It’s an easy drive to lots of restaurants in Bethany. I was surprised we needed to bring all our own linens and with the really high security deposit since I hadn’t had that before with VRBO places but maybe these are new policies. Overall, this was as advertised and we enjoyed the visit.

Great location - nice beach stay

The kitchen has been completely updated and is wonderfully supplied for a beach rental. The porch is great, functioning as an al fresco living and eating area. The only other place to eat is at the very small kitchen counter so only holds 4 people, tightly. The bunk bed in the second bedroom may be meant for children apparently and the upper bunk is very difficult for an average adult to get into safely. Lower bunk, no problem. Bathroom is older and the cleaning required some touch ups by us before it met comfort levels. Overall, very nice place for groups of 4 or fewer. Location outstanding.

We'd happily return to this apartment! The location (if what you want is to be extremely close to the ocean) is hard to beat, and the porch area is incredible--we were out there for hours each day. It's a very short drive to groceries and the heard of Bethany, and a wide range of other stuff is very accessible. Owner was very responsive to our messages (not that we had any major issues to deal with during our stay).

Check-in could not have been easier with prompt communication from the owner who let us know that the place was ready before our allotted time. Key pad lock meant no losing keys and it made it so easy to come and go from the beach. The decor was very tasteful, adding to the pleasant experience. Eating at a table on the porch surrounded by cozy couches with warm lighting was enhanced by seeing the ocean through two openings between beach front properties. The kitchen was well stocked for most needs, though I made a note to myself to bring a cheese grater, garlic press, and a stainless steel frying pan (not a fan of stick-free surfaces) if I stay in the future. Though, I understand that these are uncommon items in many summer rentals due to the the limited needs of vacationers! Overall super happy and prefer this place over a couple of other places in which I’ve stayed on this block. No problems at all. Parking was easy. Being on the top floor meant it was private, and only having our direct next door neighbors passing by our porch. Very beautiful and comfortable and would like to reserve again!

Great Getaway

Erin is super easy to work with and responds quickly. The unit is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a vacation. Super close to the beach. We used the porch a lot along since it had a nice breeze as well as the large outdoor shower. We plan to return!

Great host communication

I had to give 4 stars on cleanliness only because the cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing the place for new guests, beds were not made and blankets and pillows were piled in the closet clearly used and not folded or ready, floors were not cleaned and counters had some food stuck to them as well. We communicated with the host and she immediately gave us access to some cleaning supplies and was very responsive through the whole start of our trip. After that it was all good. The apartment is so nicely set up, the porch furniture was comfortable and it is so close to the beach. Overall a 5 star experience with a slight blip for the cleanliness. Would stay there again though.

Perfect week!

The house was exactly as described in the listing! We would definitely stay here again. Since the house is on the smaller side for our 4 adults, we used the outside porch quite a bit for eating and hanging out (there was a nice breeze) and took full advantage of the outside showers. This seemed to make the house feel more spacious and we weren't on top of each other. We spent most of the time at the beach which was a super quick walk away. Erin was great to work with and prompt in responding to questions.

Lance and I live and work in Virginia but come to the beach as much as we can. We have 3 kids who love coming down here to hang out at the beach and visit their grandparents. We all enjoy boating and fishing and the kids love to skim board and just hang out at the beach.

We choose Bethany because the kid's grandparents moved here and we wanted the kids to be able to come down and visit their grandparents as much as possible. We choose our condo in Tower shores because of the location and proximity to the beach. We fell in love with the community and have abeen enjoying it for over 20 years.

The best benefit is the private beach and how close it is! Our beach never gets as crowded as the public beaches and it is very clean.

The community is also nicely maintained and has a small community feel which we love.
