Located on the upper floor of a semi-detached chalet, the space offers warmth and privacy with beautiful forest views. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace 🔥, cook meals to share in the full kitchen 🍳, and relax on the wraparound balcony with lounge seating and a propane BBQ during warmer months. The private spa is available year-round — the perfect place to unwind after hiking, skiing, or exploring the village. ♨️🌙

Each of the three closed bedrooms features a comfortable Queen bed for restful nights. The bright, open-concept living and dining area is ideal for gathering, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV offer entertainment when you need to unwind. 🛏️📶

You will receive private access to the entire upper unit. Check-in is easy with a secure keypad; access instructions are provided 24 hours before arrival after standard verification. This is a self-catered stay, and there are nearby residents, so we kindly ask for mindful noise levels. 🤝

We remain available throughout your stay for quick assistance and local tips. You’re just minutes from Val-David’s cafés, bakeries, markets, and vibrant artisan community 🎨, as well as Belle Neige ski hill, the Val-David–Val-Morin Regional Park, and the scenic P’tit Train du Nord trail — perfect for hiking, snowshoeing, climbing, biking, cross-country skiing, or peaceful nature walks. ❄️⛷️🚴

**Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs and for a maximum of 2 par reservation. Make sure to add them to the reservation as there are fees assosciated with accepting them. An automatic surcharge penalty of 300$ per pet will be applied if not honored**

The chalet is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 750$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.

If no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
