Perched at the top of a peaceful hill in the Laurentians, this lakeside chalet offers a breathtaking natural setting with panoramic views and cozy comforts throughout. Just under an hour from Montreal and 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur, enjoy the best of both nature and local charm with easy access to year-round activities and dining.

*WINTER ACCESS*
This chalet is located at the top of a steep hill. A 4x4 vehicle is required in winter. Space for 3 cars at the top and 1 car midway by the garage (also needs a 4x4 in winter).

✧ Living Areas: The main living space features 3 cozy sofas around a wood-burning fireplace, rustic decor, and large windows with a view of the lake. Enjoy a smart TV with Firestick access ( connect easily to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc), and a Bluetooth sound system.
We also provide board games and a Xbox 360 (with a selection of games)

✧All bathrooms are stocked with body soap, shampoo, and towels. We also provide a hair-dryer.

*THE LAKE*
Please note that it's about a 5-minute walk down to the lake and a 7-minute walk back due to the steep climb.

The lake is shallow for the first 20 meters. The lake is deep in its center. At the end of the dock, the water depth is 50 cm.

*AIR CONDITIONING*
Please note that the chalet does not have an air cooling system.

*FIREPLACES / LOGS*
There are 3 indoor wood fireplaces and 1 outdoor firepit. Guests must bring their own wood, kindling, and lighter as they tend to disappear. Firewood purchase info is provided in the Guest Manual.

*LADYBUGS*


The seasonal changes in spring and autumn also bring the arrival of colorful little visitors seeking warmth: ladybugs. You may encounter them during your stay in these seasons. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.

*SPA*
The outdoor spa is available all year. Please bring your own towels for spa use.

*NOISES*
Loud parties are not allowed. Please respect neighbors by keeping sound levels low, especially outside.
