BEDROOMS
This home has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom, creating a luxurious and private retreat for every guest.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite
Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed and private rooftop patio access with stunning views of Vail Mountain. Designer finishes, warm modern mountain décor, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom create a serene retreat perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Bedroom 2- A cozy and sophisticated bedroom featuring a queen bed and private en-suite bath. The modern mountain design, plush bedding, and calming atmosphere make it the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation.

Bedroom 3- This stylish bedroom features two full sized beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Sleek furnishings, thoughtful lighting, and an elegant en-suite bath create a comfortable and inviting space to relax.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 3 clean and fully stocked en-suite bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and plush hotel-grade towels. The primary bathroom features a spacious shower/tub combo, while the additional bathrooms include modern walk-in showers. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group’s convenience.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare everything from quick breakfasts to celebratory dinners in the beautiful modern-luxury kitchen, featuring designer countertops, high-end appliances, and all the essentials needed to cook memorable meals.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire remodeled duplex, including three private bedrooms with en-suite baths. Nestled in the heart of Vail, our home offers easy access to everything this stunning mountain town has to offer. A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the vibrant Vail Village, where you can explore world-class shops, restaurants, and après-ski hotspots. For dining, consider exploring the diverse culinary scene, with options ranging from casual eateries to fine dining experiences. If you`re looking for outdoor adventures, hiking and biking trails are readily accessible. The neighborhood itself is known for its peaceful ambiance and stunning mountain views, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

There is no ski shuttle service to the Potato Patch neighborhood, but the nearest stop is only a couple-minute drive and has parking.

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended to explore Vail and the surrounding areas, public transportation is available. The free Town of Vail bus system offers convenient access to Vail Village, Lionshead, and other key locations. The nearest bus stop is a short drive from the property. For those arriving by air, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Denver International Airport (DIA) is roughly a 2-hour drive. The garage is not available for parking as there is a vehicle stored there.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
•The garage is not available for parking, as it is used for storage.
•While we love pets, we regret that pets are not allowed on the property.
•The minimum age to book this property is 21. For any questions during your stay, please use the messaging system on the booking platform.
✔️No smoking in or near the home.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!

✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
