Perfect for the whole family, this wonderfully appointed, professionally managed, 1624 sq. ft., three-bedroom townhome is situated within walking distance of the luxury amenities of Cascade Village and nearby Lionshead and Vail Villages. You'll enjoy sunny southern exposures and a convenient, yet secluded, setting overlooking Gore Creek.

If you are here for skiing, there is no better location! Skip the lines and parking costs and take the short walk to Chair 20 at Cascade Village. There you will ride to the top of Vail Mountain. After the slopes, enjoy the community, year round spa and sauna a stones throw from the condo entry.

Don't forget, Vail is just as impressive in the summer as it is in the winter! Hike, bike, and fly fish in the gold medal waters of Gore Creek all within walking distance of this charming property. If you prefer to take a ride to Lionshead or even Vail Village, you can hop on the free shuttle located in Cascade Village.

About the property/complex:

The main access to the condo is up a medium, 20 step flight of stairs bringing you over the 1 car garage. From the entry there is a small flight of stairs up to the main level which includes the main living area, kitchen, powder room and master suite. A small flight of stairs down from the entry will bring you to the lower level which includes the queen suite, twin room, shared bath and laundry.

This was a wonderful townhome for our Thanksgiving stay! Everything was really nice and clean and the big windows with beautiful views were such a bonus. As was the garage space! Very cozy overall! Nice to be able to walk the path by the river to the town everyday as well. Check in and out instruction were clear and easy. We use VRBO a lot and this was truly a gem!!! Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

This is the second time we rent the apartment. The property is in great condition and the location is amazing. Kids had a wonderful time with the river so close and Donovan Park just a short walk away.

Weekend in Vail for Work

The property was excellent! Spacious with high ceilings, and only a few steps away from Hyatt. Beautiful views of the creek off the dining room, and so much natural light. The hosts were super communicative, and made it a point to check in each day to see how things were going. I would definitely stay again!

Vail - President’s week

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, had enough space for all of us, the chairlift is about a 5 minute walk and the community hot tub is right next to the Condo. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Clean, cozy, and spacious space close to slopes

My family and I stayed here during spring break. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It is located a short walk to cascade lift and travel to vail and Lionshead village was easy via shuttles. Gordon was very communicative and an excellent host. Fantastic place!!

Everything was amazing from the ability to have an early check in to the hosts fantastic responses - we wanted to use the grill and the propane tank was empty they sorted it immediately! We also were desperate to watch the football games and they also made that happen! Everything was so well done and just steps away from the chair 20 and a great jacuzzi for after skiing! I hope to stay again!

Great ski vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There is great living kitchen dining space for a family and large master bedroom. There are beautiful views from the upstairs area. There is easy walking distance access to the hotel restaurant and bar. The ski access is a walk but just 5 minutes or so. Beautiful and clean - also loved the fireplace! Highly recommend.

2023 Vail ski trip

Property is spacious with large communal area and plenty of bathrooms. Excellent location right on Gore Creek with easy walking access to the cascade lift. Rentals/Storage right at the lift with Venture sports make very easy access to the mountain and you can ride the lift down if you get too tired to ski in back to Venture sports.

Great stay

The property was perfect and had all the desired amenities. Not the management companies fault but the community hot tub was Luke warm. The location is dependent upon the bus system which is just ok. For convenience the ski rental and lift is a five minute walk from unit at the Hyatt. Would 100 percent do this property again
