Das Beach House ist ein familienorientierter, gepflegter Komplex mit geringer Dichte. Das Anwesen bietet viele Familienaktivitäten mit einem übergroßen Pool, einem kleineren Kinderbecken, Shuffleboards, beleuchteten Tennisplätzen, einem Spielzimmer mit vielen Spielautomaten, einem Fitnessraum, einem ausgedehnten Radwanderweg, der durch Überqueren der Straße erreicht wird, und einem Clubhaus mit verschiedenen Einrichtungen Brettspiele, Fernseher und Computerzugang. Der riesige Strand bietet weite Flächen zum Ausbreiten und Bauen von endlosen Sandstrukturen. Bei so vielen Möglichkeiten gibt es ständig Gelegenheit für Familienspaß!

Der Komplex befindet sich an einem 300 Meter langen, unberührten Strand - der größte pro Einheit an der gesamten Smaragdküste. Der private Pool ist beheizt und verfügt über ein separates Kinderbecken und einen Pavillon zum Entspannen. In der Nähe der Pools befindet sich ein großes, separates Clubhaus. Ein kostenloser Strandservice mit Sonnenschirm und Stühlen ist saisonal verfügbar. Fahrräder und Kajaks können vor Ort ausgeliehen werden!

Was a wonderful property on the beach. Perfect size for our family of 4. Loved the easy access to the beach and chairs that came with our stay for the week. Always lots of room at the beach and rules were enforced both down at the beach and up on the property at the pool. The pool was only crowded one day, but for the most part was empty. Will definitely rebook and stay here again. Only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom, while it was a sleep number bed, we could not locate a remote and even downloaded the app without success (could not find the signal to the bed) and all the air was out so not super comfortable. Overall will definitely book on this property in the future.

Location was terrific, just a few steps to the beach. Beach was also great. It rained the first day we were there, but the condo had plenty of activities and a nice tv with Dish network to watch the opening weekend of college football. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, that was our only complaint.

The location of this unit was perfect especially with small kids going to and from the beach. Many dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the property advertised having a hot tub-which the kids looked forward to-and it did not Overall a great stay

Quick family beach trip

Location is awesome. Sit on the ground floor and looking directly at the ocean. Beach access from the ground floor balcony was very convenient as was the pool. Only thing that was disappointing was the beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the property were so close together it was not easy to get through especially with families with little ones set up behind the chairs. Room was nice and checkin was easy.

GREAT LOCATION

Location was absolutely amazing!!! On the first day and next morning, we saw a couple infestation roaches (in kitchen) and was unable to make contact with manager but after the first day, we did not see anymore. We also had a lady put in the code and walk right in on day 3 and say she was there for an inspection and was confused as to why we were there. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again but need to clean better!

Good locate and wonderful view!

Check in was super easy. I’m recovering from an injured knee so the closeness of the beach was very important and I wasn’t disappointed. The views and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Would recommend this property for sure!!!

Overall great

Loved the 1st floor! Overall it was a great property. The internet connection was terrible so don't plan on getting any work done or streaming movies while you're there. Will definitely book again. Can't comment on the pool as we were beach only.

The only thing wrong was we couldn't use the grass outside the condo due to it being roped off. And we couldn't use the gate to the pool closest to our room because it was roped off.

The rating is because they have roaches. Yes the view is beautiful but on our last day we saw little roaches in the kitchen. I notified them as soon as I saw them. All Jeff said is HOA is in charge of pest control and he’ll tell them to spray. I don’t live with roaches nor did I want them traveling with me. It’s been almost 2 weeks and management has failed to follow up with me. The master bedroom sink drains slow. There is an ant problem on the patio during daytime. When I cleaned the toilets I can tell under the inside rim where the water comes from hadn’t been throughly cleaned. The master bedroom need new white sheet set there’s a permanent stain on them. The professional thing to do would be to follow up with me. If they don’t I know what my next step will be.

We appreciate all guest feedback and take it seriously. This guest contacted us on the last night of their stay to report seeing a roach. We completely understand that no one wants to encounter pests while on vacation. The entire resort is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis by a licensed pest control company that services all units. If any issues arise, we are always happy to have them return promptly to address concerns. No other issues were reported during their stay, and we were not made aware of any additional complaints until this review was posted—after a refund request was denied. While we are sympathetic, we do not offer refunds based on the sighting of a single bug. We made multiple attempts to follow up with this guest after their departure but were unable to make contact.

Family Beach Wedding Vacation

The condo was perfect and made our family trip even more enjoyable. Loved the updates to the condo; new living room furniture and bedroom was updated with one king or queen size bed. Having all the kitchen appliances made our stay a lot easier. Appreciated having the use of the rafts, knee boards, pool toys, etc. The condo is on the main floor with close and easy access to the pool, beach, and BBQ pits. We did have a problem upon arrival getting into the condo because the code to the door was changed and the new code was not sent. We had to call, leave a message, and wait outside the condo with all of our luggage for a return call to get the new code. The pool was also closed for repairs for two days. Outside of those two issues we had a great vacation and would stay at Vicki's property again. Thanks a bunch.

Great location; unfortunate timing of construction

Our family of 5 loved condo 103D, it might be one of the best we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the layout was perfect. The condo is also walking distance to restaurants (crowd favorite Surf Hut), shops (Alvin's Island is across the street), and a Winn Dixie is less than a half mile away. We booked this unit because of the ground floor access to the beach and the unfettered view of the ocean. Candidly we were quite disappointed when we walked in to discover a large orange construction fence in front of the entire unit. It prevented us from walking on the grass off the porch, and blocked the million dollar view we were expecting to have. It was also disappointing to learn the management company knew about the fence as it has been up for weeks and is expected to be up for month(s) to come. If we were given prior notice of the obstruction and options to adjust, we likely would have altered our plans. That aside, we had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this location and condo unit. The beach is not as busy as others we've experienced closer to Destin, and the complimentary beach service was such a luxury!

Thanks for taking time to review your stay. We always like to hear that our guests loved the condo and that it is one of the best they've every stayed in. I'm very sorry about the 3ft high barrier that prevents you from entering the grassy area in front of the patio. It was put up about 10 days before your arrival. Fortunately, with it being 3ft high, you still have views of the Gulf. We would love to have you back to visit anytime!

Amazing!

We loved it. Having direct access to the beach and the pool was great. We had everything we needed. The view was amazing.

Easy access, directly on the beach. Great views and relaxing.
