Welcome to Birdie Retreat, the perfect getaway for families, pet lovers, and golf enthusiasts! This beautifully remodeled home & guest suite is ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby Lake Valley (4 miles) and Old Kinderhook (6 miles) golf courses, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, restaurants & swim up bars, and downtown Camdenton (2 miles). Fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, covered deck with lake views, BBQ grill, and fire pit ensure a memorable stay for family or friend trips!
Important House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the deck.
2. Quiet hours are from 11PM-8AM
3. No parties. The maximum occupancy is 10 people at ALL TIMES. Additional overnight guests over 6 require host approval, and incur a fee.
4. No fireworks.
5. Put out fire in the fire pit before retiring for the evening.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM *early check-ins MUST be arranged with the host and are not guaranteed
Check-out time is 10:00 AM

PETS: The pet fee is a flat $60 (before tax or OTA markup) per stay and includes 1-2 pets. Please notify your host of pets at time of reservation. Unregistered pets incur a fee of $100 per pet in addition to damages and/or excessive cleaning.
