The property features two separate cabins—one large and one small—giving your group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Inside the large cabin, the living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, an armchair, and a smart TV for movie nights after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking feel easy, offering both Keurig and drip coffee for early mornings on the deck. A dining table for six creates a perfect space for shared meals, laughter, and planning tomorrow’s lake adventures. The smaller cabin mirrors the same warm comforts on a more intimate scale. Its living room features recliners and a smart TV for quieter downtime, while its own fully equipped kitchen ensures guests don’t have to trek between cabins for snacks or coffee. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms within 2 cabins. The larger cabin includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a full size murphy bed in the living room.



Bedroom #1 is located in the larger cabin and includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 is located in the smaller cabin and includes a king size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at 128 Cabin Cove and actively monitoring the parking area.

- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

- We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.

- Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

- Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

- Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

- Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
