We absolutely LOVED this home! The listing was spot on and the house was absolutely amazing. It was clean, spacious, well stocked with essentials and was absolutely perfect for our party of 16 people. The pool was warm, the game room was so much fun and it was beyond comfortable. The owner was great to work with and communication was easy and quick. Overall I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, clean and comfortable home to vacation in. Disney vacation for family of 17.

The home was perfect. Very clean and an easy drive to Disney. There were plenty of things for children and adults to do at the house (which is a bonus during inclement weather). The resort on site was a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous house with great amenities!

This was our second visit to the Windsor Island resort community. The house we stayed in was fantastic! Very large and spacious. Great indoor and outdoor kitchens. The kids loved the movie theatre room with arcade games. Fairly large backyard pool with whirlpool. Perfect home for large family/friends!

We had 10 adults and 8 kids at this property. We had plenty of room for all. The outdoor area was amazing with the extra refrigerator and grill. There was also a fire pit. The 5 king rooms were great but from the ad we thought they all had bathrooms but two of the rooms had bathrooms outside the door. The kids loved the theater room with the pinball machine and the Cars racing game. We would definitely stay here again

Very Nice

My family and I, 6 adults and 4 kids under 10 yrs old, stayed for a week. There was so much room and extra beds I think my kids slept in a different one each night. Everything was identical to the photos. My kids most enjoyed the theater room. For those traveling in big groups the kitchen had a large amount of plates and utensils which was nice. It’s a nice rental especially for families splitting the cost. We had a great time.

Above and beyond

This vacation was flawless!! Our house was above and beyond our expectations!! Super clean!! Had to get a few items that were bare minimum. Toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap. Pool was heated and ready for us after a long day traveling. Kids had a blast in there Disney rooms and theatre. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!

This is a wonderful house! Lots of space, plenty to do, beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own theme and even the closets may have a painting that matches the theme. It is so imaginative! The Toy Story room is amazing! The theater room was really enjoyed for movies, pinball and all. Seating for all of us at the table which was great. After a day at the parks, the pool and spa were enjoyed. Tara provided detailed information and was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a fantastic house! We loved staying here every minute and were sad we had to leave in the end. Every room looks perfect with several (Disney) themes used for the different rooms. The pool was great to cool off every day (or to wake up in the morning) and was even cleaned during our stay. The movie and game room was the cherry on top for us: we loved hanging out in the comfy chairs at night or try to beat the high scores on the pinball machine. If possible we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great home for a family

We loved this house! Plenty of room for our family of 19. The bedrooms offered plenty of room and it was a bonus to each have our own bathrooms. The kids loved the theatre room with the arcade games (and so did the adults) We loved having a pool out our back door and the kitchen/family room was so spacious with a large table for meals. It was so nice have a second refrigerator out on the patio. We visited Sea World and Disney Springs and spent a couple days at the community water park. The kids were disappointed that the slides were not in working order the week we were there. This home was nicely decorated and the beds were so comfy! It was also nice that they had a highchair, and pack and play beds for infants. Thank you for opening your home to our family and allowing us to enjoy our week in Orlando!

From the pool, game room and pool table there is plenty to do at the house. There is also a small community waterpark area with water slides and lazy river. The house is well supplied with dishes, towels, etc. The bedrooms are tastefully, yet fun themed. Our youngest two especially loved the room with the slinky dog slide. This house was a great central spot to all the places we visited; including Universal Studios, Disney parks, and the Kennedy Space Center.

16th Annual Golf Trip

We are 4 guys from Canada on our 16th annual golf trip. We chose this place due to the pictures and comments from past guests. The pictures were completely accurate as were the previous comments. Although this house was way more than what the 4 of us needed, the outdoor living and especially the outdoor kitchen were fantastic. A couple cooler nights were taken care of by the gorgeous fire table. A simple call to Matthew from maintenance when the propane ran low was rectified the in quick order. The entry from the pool was spectacular ... living room/dining room/kitchen. Cleanliness was 11/10 as was the condition. If this house was around when our kids were younger, this is the house to be shared by families with the themed rooms.

Great house and great service

The house was fantastic - bigger than we needed but was in a great location and included all the amenities we wanted. The movie room was fabulous and the festive upstairs sitting area with pool table was also a plus. Loved the themed bedrooms and all of the appliances and kitchen supplies appeared to be new and well kept. Only thing that might have been missing from the house was some type of speakers or sound system for music. We did need to phone maintenance a couple of times due to issues with the pool heat and wifi but Matt was fantastic - very responsive, thorough and polite. The resort amenities were nice, however, only open until around 5 or 6pm so don't plan on using if you have a day out at the park and are looking to use the lazy river or pool area/restaurant following. Also, they did have the lazy river closed for maintenance on one of the days we planned to stay at the resort. However, once again the property was spacious, clean and close to clubhouse, and the service provided by maintenance was outstanding!

Such fun theming/decor

The Disney details are amazing. The hand-painted walls are just A+! Our kids loved the pinball and car video game. The community amenities were nice and new. The main pool and lazy river were both heated and fun even in 65 degree weather. The kids splash pad is not heated. The hot tub at the house takes 2-3 hours to heat up as fyi. You will need to buy trash bags, sponge, dish detergent. There’s a small shampoo+bar soap in each bathroom, I’d pack your own. Parking is tight - 2 cars in the driveway. There are “no street parking” signs everywhere but the security guards said we could park on the street if we stopped at the clubhouse for a permit. Houses are close together so you will hear neighbor noise. It takes 25 minutes to drive to the WDW parking lots. Would def recommend - great value!! My kids said “it’s amazing!!”

Simple family getaway

This house is just what you see and more. This home is in Davenport, which we loved, which was away from the hustle of tourist. The movie theater with reclining chairs and free game play with the stand alone pinball machine and rece car game was a added bonus. No need to rent or bring movies there is a line of youtube movies and more for the entire family. Pool table upstairs is another great amenity. If you want to bring video game platform there is two video games chairs and a tv screen just for the gamers. The room for the kiddos is exactly What you see in the photos, definitely a kids dream. The pool area is top tier, outside kitchen for all your outdoor kitchen needs. Definitely enjoyed the outside refrigerator for adult beverages. Nice size pool and spa with plenty oitdoor seating. The onsite community pool area was really nice as well, we spent one day there and it was really nice. I highly recommend this home for any family. We did not visit any parks but did visit Cocoa Beach, little over an hour away. Only thing bring your own washcloths...which we always do so no problem. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Nice home with plenty to do at home and onsite. Thanks for sharing your lovely home...I promise you will love this home. Also grocery stores, dollar general and restaurants are near by so no long drives to get needed items.

Disney Vacation

I thought this place was amazing! Just like previous reviews have said, this place looks just like the pictures! My family loved this place as soon as we walked through the door. I'm giving this place a straight 5 rating, but I guess I'll still cover a few things for anyone else looking at reviews to keep in mind. I stayed here for my trip to Disney World. As far as proximity to Disney, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the parks, based on traffic and day of the week. I stayed here during the first week of June 2024. Not at all a bad drive, but FYI, there are more places that are closer to Disney that this neighborhood. Having said that, the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Maybe too secure. After you check in, you need to show your parking pass each time you come in and out. Not really a problem for me, but if there is traffic backed up, it could take a minute or 2 to get inside through security. The house itself was perfectly furnished with towels and the bar essentials for starting off the stay (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Depending on how long you stay, you'll probably need to get extra of those things. There is a Publix supermarket just down the road and a Walmart a little further up. I would highly recommend shopping at Walmart though because it's WAY cheaper than the Publix. If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Florida!!!
