Luxus Ferienhaus Haus liegt nur wenige Sekunden von einem sehr ruhigen Strand in Sussex entfernt. Nur 1, 5 Stunden Fahrt vom Zentrum von London oder 1 Stunde, 20 Minuten mit dem Zug von Victoria.

Das Haus wurde zu einem sehr hohen Standard mit schönen modernen Einrichtungen einschließlich aller modernen Geräte abgeschlossen. Es gibt einen großen Garten auf der Rückseite mit Sitzplätzen für 8 Personen und einem Grill. An der Vorderseite des Hauses ist der perfekte Ort zum Sonnenbaden - genießen Sie die Sonne in der Privatsphäre genießen. Es gibt kabelloses Breitband, SKY HD im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche und einen DVD-Player für diejenigen, die sich entspannen und einen Film schauen möchten. Die offene Küche Esszimmer verfügt über amerikanische Kühl-Gefrierkombination, zwei Öfen, Geschirrspüler und Sitzgelegenheiten für 10 Personen. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Die Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren für heiße Sommernächte. Die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet und verfügen über Powerduschen, die sich nach einem langen Tag am Strand perfekt für eine Dusche eignen.

Highly recommended

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Mansard House, which is a beautiful property just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The house has everything you could need and more besides, with four large bedrooms and plenty of room for guests. It has a wonderful back garden, and also a private front garden, and is set on a lovely quiet road amongst other equally lovely properties. I would recommend Mansard House to anyone looking for a large family property.

Birthday Celebrations with Family

Good check in. Minor glitch with the hot water but sorted by the evening. The house was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our extended family to stay and enjoy celebrations for a significant birthday. The weather was kind to us over the entire weekend, so we were all able to relax and enjoy the garden, including our Whippet.

Mansard House - An excellent place to stay!

We had such an amazing time at Mansard House - lots of beautifully decorated space to hang out and relax - the owner (Sally), was very accommodating and made our stay extremely enjoyable so much so that we will definitely stay again! The thoughtfulness and hospitality was very welcome after a long haul flight (being welcomed with a few essentials and a nice chilled bottle of white wine was unexpected and very much appreciated!)... Ross (manager) was very understanding when my flight got a little delayed and flexed on the check in time. We made full use of the bbq and outdoor space - 5 adults and 2 children. All in all a fab weekend break to celebrate my mum’s birthday - thank you Sally!

Sally has thought of every detail - fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen, welcome pack including a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. This area is stunning anyway in a private estate metres from a beautiful secluded beach. We had a perfect few days and would highly recommend 😎😀

The perfect family holiday

Our family of five stayed at Mansard House in July and August 2016. We were lucky enough to have near perfect weather and spent much of our time on the beach or hanging out in the large and lovely garden (perfectly safe and enclosed for our pupppy too!), but this is a great house whatever the weather, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting room and luxuriously lovely big beds and bathroom. Sally was a pleasure to deal with and the location was ideal for us: we shall return! Annie & family

A lovely holiday home

We found this to be a lovely holiday home with spacious rooms and all the mod cons. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast room sat nine 9 of us comfortably. We rented the property for a family celebration over four days and found it to be a great place to relax, the garden in the sunshine was beautiful and the beach being three minutes walk away was a bonus. A great place to get away from it all.

Great place to be

We were 8, and we had a really nice week in this fantastic house, where everything what you need is available, and even more. The house is very cosy, even if it is very spacious. It is located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood and I only can recommend a stay in this house. At short distances, there are many things to visit, but you can also have relax days at the beach, that's only a stone's throw away. I would definitely rent it again.

The perfect holiday house in a lovely village setting plus a beach

We spent a fabulous two weeks at Mansard House. The first week was spent with friends for glorious Goodwood races and the second week the house was an enormous hit with visiting family members and their children. The house offered everything we could wish for and The owners attention to detail made our stay very enjoyable. An unexpected bonus was the helpfulness and friendliness of the people in the local village.

Great house and location

We travel quite a lot and are really quite picky about our accommodation. Bedding and amenities are important and this house exceeded our expectations. It has 4 well appointed bedrooms and great space for entertaining family and friends. The location is also great in a very upscale neighborhood with a short walk to the pebble beach and a small village with a fab little café - The Seahorse Cafe. We even used the local train station at Angmering to go into London one day. There are also several large shops near by so we could eat at home as needed. The kitchen has everything you need and the welcome pack (milk, bread, bacon, wine, etc.) was a nice touch especially since we had traveled over night and needed a quick fix for the family. Nothing bad to say and will definitely consider this house again for future visits.

Wonderful house in lovely position

Mansard house is a lovely spacious house in a great position near the sea. There were 6 adults and 4 children in our party and we had plenty of room.The house was very tastefuly furnished with everything we could need.Sally was very helpful and also the housekeeper was very friendly. We would definately reccomend this property and hope to return one day.It was everything it stated and more.

Our girls weekend at Mansard House

Stayed at The Mansard House for a weekend but wished it was longer. We were 8 ladies celebrating our dear friends 50th birthday. Unfortunatley, we had been judged when trying to book other propertys. I think the owners thought we would trash the place and be very rowdy just because we are all female. Sally at the Mansard did not judge us at all. We all felt at home as soon as we entered. So comfy, lovely decor, clean and tidy and spacious. Sleeps 8 perfectly. The beach is a 5 min walk, and although it was very cold and windy, it was so worth walking down there at night. We will need to return here again in the summer months so we can experience the lovely garden, beaches etc. Was so chuffed at Sallys welcome pack in the fridge, was really not expecting it. Plenty of room for sitting and chilling in the living room. And the viking table in the kitchen was huge. Would definately return and cant wait, and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for comfort, style and beautiful scenery too. Thanks again Sally for all your help and all emails sent through. It truley was a wonderful stay and stunning house. The girlies.

Could do better

Our extended family of three generations stayed here over Christmas and found many things good but there were several disappointing features. We asked for hypoallergenic bedding in 2 rooms owing to feather allergies but were refused and told to bring our own! The twin bedded room was particularly poor - no wardrobe, no chairs, only one bedside table and lamp, very small en suite with no razor/toothbrush socket. Blinds were broken in double bedroom and z-bed was broken with 2 slats missing. The bath in biggest room leaked. There was not enough seating in sitting room and dining table did not seat 9 as promised. Television wasn't working properly and there were no explanations. No blinds in kitchen/diner. Limited kitchen surfaces. No folder of local information eg doctors, churches etc. We expected more of this property.

Thank you for posting a review. Sorry that we couldn't cater for the hypoallergenic bedding at this time. I have had a technician go through the issues that have been raised and have sorted out the things needing attention. Regarding the issues about the house including work top space and blinds in the kitchen and furniture in the bedroom, seating for 9 people in the games room/dining room - the pictures on the website do offer a true representation. Many thanks for your time.

Wonderful house and location

This was one of the nicest weekend houses we have stayed in. Two minutes walk to the beach, and on a quiet estate.Lots of room for all 8 of us, and the house was very well equipped (including for the two children in our party)and nicely decorated. WHAT A GREAT LOCATION

Booked Mansard House for a family wedding in Sussex. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. Kitchen very large and exceptionally well stocked and all equipment in excellent condition. Good garden to play and socialise in. Nothing too much trouble for the housekeeper to arrange. House in a splendid area with shops close at hand and best of all only a short walk to the beach.

Great hold with family

Stayed at Mansard House for a week, with my family who travelled from abroad. Cannot find fault with any area of this lovely property. Exterior in excellent condition and well maintained and the interior/facilities of a very high standard and tastefully decorated. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly housekeeper who made us feel at home immediately. The property is a stone throw away from the beach which was exactly what I was looking for. Overall we had a fantastic stay and great time with the family. I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous, fun filled, family week away!

My family and I were in need of a relaxing break but somewhere that was not too far away from London! We booked the beach house initially because of its location. Of course we were incredibly lucky with the weather which just enhanced what a pretty spot the place is located in. On arrival we were instantly charmed by the pretty gardens and the welcoming feel of Hampton-esque interiors. We had everything we needed and more. We were so comfortable for our week and the children were sad to say goodbye at the end of our stay. We have already made contact with regards to booking again for next year and this time we will join with our friends who will love it just as much as we did too I am sure!

A Lovely Holiday Home

I stayed at Mansard House for a week last July and found it an idyllic place to spend a family holiday. The house was beautifully decorated and had every kind of amenity you could wish for . Its situation 2 minutes from the beach was great and if i kept the bedroom windows open i could hear the sea. The kitchen was well equipped and the spacious living room with large AV satellite TV and fast broadband was a nice place to relax. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the master bedroom had a great en suite bathroom and shower. The large garden was well kept and the kids loved playing in it. I thoroughly recommend this holiday home and will be returning again next year.
