Sleeping 12 comfortably Brackenside is the perfect holiday getaway for all of the family. With a large garden and good size kitchen, dining and entertaining in this holiday home is dream. The heart of the home is a open plan space including full size pool table with scoring chart on the wall to keep tally of those wins! Beside the pool table you can open up the bifold doors and let the outside in with good size patio area and garden beyond. The kitchen includes a full size dining table to dine 12 comfortably along with a lounge space and breakfast bar for drinks. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast if not out at one of the many local eateries! Only minutes away from East Preston here you will find plenty of local restaurants, pubs, cafe's and takeaway. Angmering train station is 1.5 miles away on foot and has direct routes to London, Brighton and Chichester. Brackenside is also perfectly situated to Angmering Park Estate and Selden Barns - a popular local wedding venue; within easy walking distance Brackenside is a great house for wedding guests to book up and share.

The garden is perfect for ball games or to simply take a walk and enjoy the scenery. Tucked away is a lovely pond. Why not take a glass of bubbly and sit here while watching the wildlife. Please note the pond is open and does not have a fence surrounding it for those with younger children.

Brackenside boasts two excellent sized living rooms. There is the 'purple' room leading through double doors to the dining area with log burner for those chilly nights and further away from the main living space is a second living room; the perfect spot to unwind and chill out with patio doors opening up to the garden. Here is a second large widescreen television to settle with movie while the rest of the family battle it out at pool!

Brackenside has 6 bedrooms in total. There is one ground floor double bedroom (which can also be split into a twin upon request, this request needs to be made at the time of the booking) this room has an en suite with shower cubicle and further four double double bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor is very special with high beamed ceiling and bifold doors opening up to a balcony with table and chairs. It's the ideal private space to unwind and take some time for yourself after a busy day of entertaining. The master bedroom also has it's own en suite with shower and bath. The first floor has a family bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. There is a further groundfloor WC also. Travel cot and high chair are available on site also.
