Die Hütte in Killington: Linke Einheit - nah an allem! Tolles Skiheim für 12.

Hi Bambi, thanks for the feedback. To set the record straight, the damage to the rug happened during your stay and was caused by your dog. Guests who bring pets are responsible for any damage they cause, so we ask everyone traveling with a furry friend to keep that in mind. The kitchen is on the compact side, and the listing photos give a good look at the space before you book. If anything ever seems off during a stay, reach out and our team will take care of it. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Thanks so much for staying with us, Leslie! We're glad you enjoyed the cozy vibes and the wood stove. There's nothing quite like warming up by the fire after a day on the mountain. We love that classic Killington feel too, and we're happy it hit the spot for your visit. Hope to see you back at the condo soon! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Thank you so much for your 5-star review and for staying with us, Chris! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the basic cooking essentials. We do actually provide salt, pepper, and cooking spray in the kitchen cupboard for all our guests - perhaps they weren't easy to spot! We'll make sure to display these items more prominently so future guests can find them right away. Thank you again for your gesture of leaving items behind, and we'd love to host you again in the future! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

I'm glad to hear that your last-minute skiing trip turned out to be a great success! It's wonderful to know that the unit was a perfect fit for your family and that communication with our team was smooth and efficient. Easy access to the unit is always a plus, and your recommendation is highly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you and others you recommend in the future. Happy skiing!

Thanks so much for staying with us, Cheryl. It was great to host you and your family and we're glad that you enjoyed the house and the many activities in the area. The resort and local businesses have been doing a great job of increasing summer activities. Please come back anytime!

Bill, thanks for staying with us and I'm glad that you like the location and amenities. I'm sorry to hear that you seemed to have a number of issues with the home. I wish you would have reached out to us during your stay so that we could have addressed them while you were there rather than having to only respond to them in your review. We do list all the amenities and features in our listing, and the photos and descriptions are up to date and very accurately describe the property and layout. I'm not sure what the problem is with Ikea plates (I'm pretty sure you can indeed eat off them like other plates). We also have multiple pots and pans so I could have pointed you to other options. The entertainment system has a universal remote that controls everything, and there's a guide in the house with instructions. I've never had other guests mention many of these issues, so I'm a bit surprised, but I do wish we would have had the chance to address them for you while you were there.
